my case also same my baby born 6 month before. My Solitor advise that Do not apply inidian Passport .
I have 3 years Valid ICT Visa .before completed my ICT VISA 6 month Before my solictor fill FLP FP visa so that to get uk Citienship.

Can any body help me . Is that Route suitable for me and how about possibility please

Hi sharmim didn't understand your Question what do you mean your baby born 6 months before ? you mean he has no nationality ? stateless child ? and you still have valid visa ? totally lost in your questions can you please explain

No it is not as your child is NOT british and hasn't lived here for 7 years either. This is a very difficult route to go and doesn't give citizenship to you or the child.

I hear that Some MK stateless case 5 years route. If i have Completed 3.6 year my current visa then I will apply FLR FP Visa then once Completed 1.6 years then Total will be 5 year . so then I can apply for 5 years route for Uk Citizenship

Correct me if i am wrong

Can I work anywhere and any industry like marketing or information technology?

Is there any restrictions please?

There is no restriction on the work you can do if you are granted FLR(FP).
