But, of course, no such privilege should be accorded to anyone else (to freely express their views) on this thread....right foxy?I am free to say what I want
Some people may refer to this as somewhat of a sweeping statement….and even though the same accusation could be leveled against you ('You have come here with a bullish attitude ever since you've joined') but then others may not be as prone to making sweeping statements, like you do, at the drop of a hat….You have come here with a bullish attitude ever since you've joined
Says who? And, at least, some of us are doing something more than just plain talking to solve this issue.pretend you're the messiah that will solve the ILR issue.
This is not about you and me but as I have even repeatedly pointed out earlier, this issue concerns all of us.If you have millions in the bank, then by all means go ahead.
I think you are giving yourself too much importance than it is necessarily due….What you like to see or not is irrelevant to the overall scheme of things….No one here needs to prove anything to you as the main priority is to tackle an issue which effects all of us.I'd very much like to see you try and hire a lawyer with the £10 you're looking to collect from 150 volunteers and issue a class action against the UKBA.
This is no personal quest of mine but hopefully a joint effort from all of us to try to find a long term solution to this problem.Or maybe you want others to join you in your quest so YOU don't have to wait the 7 odd months most of us have in this forum?
Please decide whether 3 members as mentioned by you constitutes, according to you, ‘everyone’ on this forum. You have been the one attacking everybody in this thread from the outset, not me, starting with Wanderer, terriblefish and then me.
Yes, and while we are on the subject of making irrelevant sweeping statements, please allow me to add to your ever growing list by stating 'UK has had a terribly long winter’ and ‘my neighbour is planning a trip to Egypt’.Nobody's vision or attitude is constructive enough for you
I truly appreciate that despite having an extremely tight schedule, you found time not only to read my posts but post such lengthy replies to them.Do take your time writing your reply (you do appear to have loads of it to spare) but please expect it to fall on spectacularly deaf ears.
While you are posting such lengthy replies purely out of compulsion, right foxy?I am given to understand that it satisfies your ego to reply

I have heard this news why no one has heard from the 10 years legal cases.
People who have applied after 1st of august 2009 will start their cases to be opened from 1st of april 2010 . It is said that there were so many cases pending cases of ilr to be given to those who had been waiting between 2 to 3 years , very complex cases ,,,,,,,,, they had to finish by dec 2009 but it could not be done so the time has to be extended till march end 2010. I think this is true as we have not heard any enquiry to the cases after 1st august 2009. as far as i know I know oluwa112 has got it as it was with the premium service people and the other guy got it according to him he used mp with a serious problem he was facing or something like that. our files are kept in a separate room locked up.if there was an enquiry anyone could have written in it and so on,,,
That's the number of the Complaints department at Sheffield. I've tried a few times, but like you, have never been able to get through.Croydon wrote:I have seen people talking about calling this sheffield number: 01142072966
However, when I try to call it, it is always busy.
Has anyone tried it?
Yes, very confused. I have been waiting 7 months and 1 days.foxy wrote:That's the number of the Complaints department at Sheffield. I've tried a few times, but like you, have never been able to get through.Croydon wrote:I have seen people talking about calling this sheffield number: 01142072966

PS: Just read about people on the other forums who applied in Jan 2010 and were refused. Totally confused as to how UKBA are processing applications.
No clue! Do you reckon they have like an initial screening system where they review applications and those that could obtain ILR go in a pile for further consideration and straight refusals get instant notification? It's the only thing I can think of if they are really using the FIFO system.coolboyuk wrote:so, only successful applications are get delayed ??????????????PS: Just read about people on the other forums who applied in Jan 2010 and were refused. do we know anyone who waited for months and months and got refused ??No clue! UKBA specifically said that it is dealing with ILR applications on date received order and ours are held on a queue.foxy wrote:Great. Now I hear about someone getting their 10 year ILR in 2 weeks on the other well known forum.
