Bio-metrics letter: 14/07/17 dated 11/07/2018 with error in title:

COA with right to work: 16/08/2017 dated 12/08/2017
Great!!! I hope you are reinstated immediately. As I felt, it would antagonise your employer if you went to the tribunal and the letter has come pretty soon after. Hope all goes well.
Thank you ajitk1, I appreciate your attention. They have offered to reinstated me with continuous service once they have confirmed the letter through the Employer Checking Service, which brought a great relieve really. I was told I won't be paid between the day my residence card was expired, when I got suspended until now. Time to count the losses and get back to work! A big thank you for everything.

My timeline: UPDATED

Online application for EEA PR as a qualified person, Italian Working Citizen.

Application submitted: 22/05/2017
Money taken: 22/05/2017
Email confirmation with case ID received: 22/05/2017
Documents sent: 24/05/2017 Via EPCS
Documents received: 25/05/2017
Application status: Decided 10/08/17
Permanent residence card received: 16/08/17

I must add that I was quite surprised that the Case Worked sent me several emails requesting additional evidence. The first email I received was on a Saturday Morning asking for the evidence to be sent by Monday (pretty tight) Explained that I would have to contact my accountant and that it would depend on them to send the info and if I could have an extension. Case worker was understanding and said it would not be a problem and that I just should keep her in the loop. Managed to submit the info on Monday anyway. Then another email on Tuesday evening asking for even more evidence which was then provided.
I had heard horrible stories of people that had theirs refused because of the lack of evidence. I am very grateful that I had a chance to submit further evidence needed on 2 occasions.
Now... on to BC! And another agonising wait!

Hello Internaute, this is the link to check the status of your application online http://tinyurl.com/y7d3m7ud

You can use your ID case and, if it starts with a 0, make sure you only type the digits after that.

Good luck!
Thanks !

Just sent application last week. I am UK cit. Wife non-EEA, surinder singh case. Eager to receive CoA as soon as possible so she can continue working. Payment taken but there was no confirmation email, that others seem to have received. So I called the HO advice line. They told me that emails aren't always sent, that the case ID will come on the same letter as the biometrics, which takes 2 weeks from when the application is received. and then when they get the biometrics back, the CoA will be sent in another 2 weeks. Does this sound similar to what others have been told or experienced personally?

Thanks.

Hello,

I wonder if someone could help me. I'm posting on behalf of a friend who I am due to travel to Cyprus with in a few weeks.

She was born in Zambia but has lived in the UK since childhood and was granted Indefinite leave to remain back in 2009. Her passport was stolen this year, so she has had to send off for a BRP card to enable her to travel to Cyprus for a holiday with me (and get a Visa, obviously).

She sent off for the card three and a half months ago and hasn't received it yet. Sadly we are due to fly in two weeks, so she probably won't be able to come now. We've tried everything to find out what's happening, including sending off the paid email and calling the paid phoneline. A customer service person on the paid call said these type of applications should only take around eight weeks as she is not waiting for a decision (as it was granted back in 2009) and that she will need to do a formal complain that can take 15 days to process. We've reported that it's not arrived, too. No one is giving us any information or has told us how we can find out what has happened.

I am just wondering if anyone has any advice as to what we can do now, or should we simply face it that she can't come on holiday and sell the tickets to friends?

Hello everyone,

Timeline - Joint application for PR by EEA and non-EEA married couple

Application sent (online): 22/04/2017
Payment taken: 22/04/2017
Supporting documentation sent (mail): 24/04/2017
Confirmation email: 24/04/2017
Biometric letter received: 01/07/2017 (dated 27/06/2017)
Biometric details submitted: 03/07/2017
COA received: 24/07/2017

Online Status: Awaiting a decision (Application status updated on 27/06/2017)

Documents received: Pending...
PR cards received: Pending...

So the wait continues. Has anyone else done a joint EEA/non-EEA application in March/April/May and received feedback? (I think I saw some turnaround times of about 4.5 months from 'deeW' and 'vilsonrjunior')

Cheers,
Twine

Hi Guys

Today I received my package back with a refusal letter. Reason I did not include the ID of my ex spouse. Am confused right now. when we divorced I applied for retention of right(ROR) which was issued to me for another 5 yrs. I have gone 2 yrs into the 5 yrs. I don't know why they need the her ID when she is no longer my sponsor. I mate every other requirements but the ID.

Pls I need advice on what to do next.

Meanwhile my timeline is 4 months and 7 days.

You are a second person on this board who's application has been refused due to lack of ID.
Is it a refusal letter or your application is invalidated?

Hi Uk2715
