My EEA spouse currently changed her Job, and we called home Office to ask if we need to send them the employers deatils and payslips, but surprisilngly the said No i dont need to and i called them later after few hours to confirm same thing and the still said No i dont need to send. The said what is important is that she was employed at that time we made the application.

What you guys think? any suggestion please
I was just reading the thread about EEA2 Appeals and there's a post by brineta.mace that her application was refused precisely because her husband changed jobs and the HO couldn't verify it:
http://www.immigrationboards.com/eea-ro ... -1000.html

So, I would advise you to find a way and make sure that the HO knows about your spouse's new job.

Hi Kristo,
can you please advise us the phone number?
We are in the similar situation.
I called 03001232253 and they advised us to send updated letter to Liverpool address.
Hi Tagus, yeah thats exactly same number i called twice and 2 different people picked, stating the same thing that i dont need to send new employer letter or payslip that the initial one is valid throughout the application. But i suggest if you can get new employers letter and payslip then better send it to them.

Please what is the addressin Liverpool?

I received COA letter with rights to work, which I hope is the really good news for the visa outcome.
Statistically what are the chances of me getting the visa.
Do people still get refuse after getting COA with rights to work?

Thanks
Getting a COA with work right does not mean RC will be granted by default. If we think about it, CoA (with or without work rights) is issued based on the marital status of the applicant with EU national. But the RC is issued post verification of the eligibility criteria (Self employed / Employed /Job Seeker or Self Sufficient). Bottomline, there will be further validation of theapplication after COA is issued to ensure that we meet the criteria under which we are applying.

Thanks alot Opxa, i actually would have still sent the new employer details because one can not trust the people that picks calls, because last time i called 3 different people in HO concerning my print out payslip, they all told me different things. Thanks i appreciate

Why do you need a solicitor? you can read carefully this forum and apply by yourself, solicitors are useless.

I completely agree. Solicitors or "immigration advisors" are completely useless. I went through several of them before I decided to apply by myself. Luckily, I didn't have to pay because just by talking to them I realized that I knew more than anyone of them. Each one told me so many crazy, stupid, ridiculous things that you wouldn't even believe me if I told you. Anyone who reads this forum even occasionally knows better and more accurate information than any of them solicitors. Their goal is to scare you so you give them money and then the only thing that they really do is fill out your application with the information that you provide them. They are expensive scribes essentially, nothing more.

Hi Kristo,
can you please advise us the phone number?
We are in the similar situation.
I called 03001232253 and they advised us to send updated letter to Liverpool address.
hi kristo and tagus i am on the same boat as you guys.let me know what decision you guys make please as i would like to follow too :D

Hi,

quite interesting. Me and my wife called advisory desk 5 times.
And each time they gave us different address. But the final one seems accurate for us.
We decided to send updated letter to PO Box 306, Liverpool L2 0QN.
This is also the same address where they sent the COA from.
And aswell as for the return of the documents.

Whats a drama :)

Good Morning
Good News
I got my BRC today.. :D :D
dated 14th of sept, which is the same date as the letter dated and saying my BRC will be sent within 10 working days. Actually only 2 working days. It was surprisingly quick.
The BRC came with a simply paper envelope, and courier came very early in the morning. (this is very good for ppl like us both working)
Oh yes
The whole process is about 4days + 5 months.

Thank you. and good luck.

Just an update on my situation.

I submitted biometrics Aug 3 and received another request for biometrics Sept 7.

Talk about freaking out since I'm here on a family visa and it's expired .... and my employer is wondering what is happening!

After two phone calls and two emails, I FINALLY got information yesterday. It appears they entered my application incorrectly. I had submitted my biometrics on the day they deleted it to fix it. But why it took them a month to send me out another biometrics letter is beyond my comprehension.

Long story short, I actually received an apology email from UKVI and said that the matter was fixed and that I should receive my COA in the next three days. **SHOCKED LOOK**.

So, I'll be sure to post when it arrives. Can't believe it took so long for them to figure this out.

That being said.

A bit of information I found out from my second call that was not given to me on my first:

If you contact the COA team or biometrics team, be sure to including your passport information, date of birth, mailing address, etc. Otherwise they won't even look at the email. If you are applying as a family member, be sure to including your partner's information as well--Case Number, Passport, DOB, Address, email.

Not sure why the first time I called they didn't give me this information.

Hopefully I will post in a couple days with nice COA news.

Cheers!

[quote="DannyG15"]Hi,

Since I'm new to the boards, I'm not sure whose posting monthly but would like to update as below:

Submitted application - 31.07.2015
Submitted biometrics - 08.08.2015
Received COA - 16.09.2015 (After emailing on 11.09.15 to enquire since it had been over 21 days)

Regards,
Danny

Please advise what email address you used to enquire about your COA as it has been a month for us now and I would like to do the same.
