My EEA spouse currently changed her Job, and we called home Office to ask if we need to send them the employers deatils and payslips, but surprisilngly the said No i dont need to and i called them later after few hours to confirm same thing and the still said No i dont need to send. The said what is important is that she was employed at that time we made the application.

What you guys think? any suggestion please
Kristo, I would update their records by sending the new work contract and payslips, because during consideration of the application they might decide to call that old employer, and you know what will happen when the employer says the EEA person is no longer employed at their establishment...
Thanks Teerak, unfortunately her new employer dont give contract but he already filled the Employers declarations in (Page 66), So i will send that with payslips and cover letter to HO next week.
Where you able to get a job with your CoA?
The employer's declaration will do then, hope it was stamped..
I am in employment presently, but I will start looking for a better paid job next week with the COA. You can get a job with theCOA, which kind of employment you looking for? If it's through an agency it will be easy as they know all about COA, some employer don't know, so they just want to see Visa on your passport or BRP.
Applied: 10/08/15 (HO received next day)
Payment taken: 12/08/15
Bio letter: 17/08/15
Bio Given: 20/08/15
COA: 14/09/15(dated 10/09/2015)
RC: 18/01/16(dated 11/01/16)

It's not necessarily.
For example, my husband's employer doesn't have a stamp. So he put a signature and note thatthere is no stamp in that declaration.

Yes living together over a year and a child should be more than enough evidence to show you have a durable relationship with your partner and family links in the UK.

I believe your RC will be issued to you in a few months

Keep us updated with your timeline and good luck!
Sent application on 24/03/15 revived acknowledgement on 26/04/15 and revived coa with no right to work on 10/04/15
Received a questionnaire from Homeoffice. Asking about common languages spoken and other joint responsibilities on August 20th and had to reply before 1st September which I did and received my residence card on the 20th September. Thank God :)

Still better than an invitation for the interview, isn't?
..especially if you're a genuine couple, you should not get so stressed out.

Yeah, still better than an interview.

Can you post the questions they are asking?
How many questions are there?
Are they asking for any additional documents/paperwork?

Thanks.

Just an update on my application. I received the correct Biometrics letter today dated 15/9/2015. This really got me cracking cos I emailed EuroBiometrics on 16/9/2015 requesting the correct now.
I have enrolled today and will patiently await my COA . Sad my employer has now placed me on unpaid holiday

Hi everyone,
Received my spouse and my passports today,it was sent via royalmail special delivery, requested for the passports on the 10th of September and was surprised when the postman handed me the parcel and discovered it was the passports. This is cos i was expecting the passports to come in 10 working days and which by my calculation is the 24th of September. Lets hope they are being much more effective now.
Still expecting my RC to be sent anytime from 1st week in October considering the timeline for the April batch.
Summary of my time line
Posted application on the 7th of May 2015
Received by HO 8th of May,
Received payment reference letter 13th May, dated 11th May
Received COA with work permit 8th June dated 2nd June
Requested passports 10th September
Received passports 19th September

Waiting for RC
Good luck to all

Hi ClacarSa, I called HO today and asked them why they only sent email to husband but not me. They said they will send me a letter within 5 weeks so I won't receive any email from them. I used the EEA (FM) form. I am married more than one year and have a baby girl now. Wondering why I still haven't receive any letter from them.

Did your partner submit EEA(QP) as well?

I noticed there some typo on my timeline.
Here is the correct timeline.
Application Sent: 25 August 2015
HO Received The Application: 26 August 2015
Payment Deduct from bank account: 28 August 2015 (Fees for my husband and I)
An email sent to my husband to acknowledge received his application: 4 September 2015 (Our applications were sent in together)[/quote]

Hi eizsky we didn't apply for registration certificate for my partner. I am in the same situation than yours we have child together our baby girl 10 month now :) I've heard from some source that relationship with child applications are always in priority range and mostly UKVI don't suspect the relationship as long as you provide the child's birth certificate. I hope it's true
I hope you'll get your BIO letter & COA soon.
Whatever comes up please update

Dear Aloo,

Nothing yet so far for May batch as far as i know.
Everybody waiting for RC and going by the timeline of the April batch, May batch should start receiving their RCs by the first/second week in October.
Thus, fingers crossed we should start getting good news by then.
Please if anybody from May batch has any new updates, please do keep us all imformed.
