Hello All,
I need support if anyone can please... actually my brother visa got rejected today and we have provided all the supporting documents including sponsor documents and on the refusal letter they mainly points out two points.
1. You didn't submit any sponsor document...? I've sponsored my brother and submitted all my bank statements, accountant letter and council tax ...I don't know why he didn't find these in application pack.

2. Income mentioned in form is wrong as compare to what shown in Income tax certificate. again the figure they mentioned in refusal letter is wrong ...the X amount mentioned in the income tax is actually the tax which I've paid in last year and they are thinking this is my annual income......

Does anyone know how to ask them to re check as they did a major mistake in reviewing my brother application...? is there any way to contact them ?

Have you provided the sponsorship letter with your bank statement?
Tax return is normally used to calculate the annual income, have your income changed also did your brother submitted his bank statment?

Yes I provided signed sponsorship letter, bank statment, council tax and accountant letter....yes my borther also submitted his bank statement and 5 year tax return....and last year Income taxreturn says that X amount has been dedcuted for the Tax year ending last year....and caseworker used the same X amount as my annual income which is obviously low as compare to the annual income I've mentioend in the form...

Hi All

I applied for my Father's visitor visa and wondering should I worried at this stage or is it normal.

Biometrics done on Wed 11 May 2016.
Received acknowledgement email on Sat 14 May 2016.
received phone call from the ECO confirming sponsorship on Tue 17 May 2016.

until today, no email received yet with regards to the resolution or issuance of visa.

Should I be worried?

14/04/2016 - Received call from 'Unknown' number confirming sponsorship - Asking general questions.
26/04/2016 - Passport collected - Visa Issued for 6 months (Dated 21/04/2016)

Kindly please confirm with dates, if you have received any emails or phone calls after the sponsorship confirmation and before the passport being collected.

Hi everyone,

My mother is going to apply for 6 month family visit visa in June.
therefore, regarding that matter, I want to know, if it is mandatory to attach a set of photocopies of all the original documents and a copy of her visa application form , for submission at FedEx Lahore.

Hi Fatima,

You don't need to provide additional photocopies of the application and the attached documents. Also beware that they don't usually return any documents.....

I want to share my visa experience, so that people can benefit from.
My mother applied for 6 months visa, she got email from Fed Ex , however, she did not receive any email from Abu Dhabi.
That made us very much concerned, but Alhamdulillah with the Grace of Allah swt and with the barakat of Darood Sharif visa was granted.
Therefore, always have faith in Allah swt no matter what ! Never lose hope.
