Still nothing...

My MP emailed them for me on 21st May. They responded on 7th July saying application has been delayed because more employment details have been requested... but they have never contacted us asking for more employment details.

I asked my MP if he would be willing to forward some documents to them for me but he refused, he said they would want original copies and I should send them in the post.

Slaam all,

So when a application is in a decision making centre is that the last stage of its process after that it should be sent back to Gerry's is that right? And does any one know how long it takes from decision making to finish doing their decisions....

I got a response from UK Visas and Immigration International Enquiry Service. Today

As follows:

We don't have visibility of your personal documents, so I am not able to
provide you the confirmation I am afraid.

Regarding to your query for your visa application process I have checked
your application status. Your application is still in process for further
investigation. You will be contacted once your decision has been made.

Each application is subject to an individual assessment and processing
times may vary, hence applicants are requested to be patient and wait for
the processing to be completed. We will contact you once a decision has
been made or, if necessary, during the consideration of your application.

What do think? They have lost the additional documents again??!! Should I resend the documents they requested?

This a joke they keep losing documents and blaming the applicants.....

I submited my application on 12/02/14 and i didnt recieve any latter now i want to know is my application on hold or not my fiance earning above £18,600 a year
Sorry to say but they dont have mercy..
I hope u r lucky otherwise above income not enaugh..
People earning more than required still hold
Its absolutely wrong, Home office set income threshold of £18,600 so if your spouse is earning 18,600 a year and can be proven then HO can't refuse base on income. if he is earning a penny less then its a definite refuse.
I am earning 19.5 k and provided all my payslips, letters etc, got my Mrs spouse visa in 6 months.

hope it helps

today received this e mail. please do pay attention on their spelling

Thank you for contacting UK Visas and Immigration International Enquiry
service.

I understand you have been waiting for long and apologise for any
inconveniences. We have received a response from the decision making
centre, following your request for information on the status of your visa
application which states as follows: " Under process. The applicant has
sent us some additional documents on 25 June and relevant team is working
on these new documents ".

Therefore, you are requested to be patient and wait for the processing to
be completed.
May the blessings of Allah fill your life with happiness and open all the doors of success now and always.

don't worry be happy,i know some one was in same situation and his application was on hold over wage slip difference and bank statement, they gave him two weeks to submit supporting documents. after submitting supporting documents it took over two and half month to get RFC with visa stamped.
