Pakistan UK Spouse visa appeals

ine is labour MP and I must say that she was very helpful and did the most what can be done within their domain. She wrote an email to home office and asked them to send MP representations to the visa section to consider. They replied back in three weeks that the representations have been sent to visa section.
But until now there are no updates. I contacted my MP and she sent a query again on 11th of Jan and awaiting reply from them

So let's see and fingers crossed because my deadline is 8th of Feb.

Has it been three weeks as that's how long it takes for them to respond to MP

Did anyone having review deadline in February had any news yet. My review deadline is 8th of Feb and nothing come through yet. My MP has written an email to them too and awaiting reply from them. If any of you people gets any update please keep us in loop too.

Salaam, my review deadline is on 15th February 2016 and I've asked my MP twice to write a letter or do something for me before the review deadline and his response on both occasions was that he can't intervene during an appeal and that he can only help after the review deadline.
How come your MP sent a letter? Can you tell me who your MP is? And what did you ask them to do?

Dont really understand whats going on ? Islambad BHC reaĺly working how could we assume that ;no body at this forum with the deadline of january or feb ,didnt get any sort of outcome yet .I'm really way off as my deadline is in march.@Raymandosnr you are extra ordinary lucky as now mps are trying to bush us all off.Some by saying "oh let me enquire about your case " and some says "oh we are afraid we couldnt involve in tribunal procedures" you will have to wait in both cases we thought 2016 will be ours but all worse stories begins May Allah grant us All patience and success.ameen

Sis only a small number of cases go through review with success, and only if the matter is very small

As your deadline is march id say u should hear in the next 2 weeks if successful

MY REFUSAL WAS SUBSISTING RELATION. I CALL TRIBUNAL EVERY COUPLE DAYES LATER, I WILL WAIT ANOTEHR THREE MONTH FOR ORAL HEARING DATE.

No because they did not think they should change their decision at review stage, if they were going to give u the visa they would have by now

Only way to get visa without hearing is by reapplying

Yes then u have to go to court

U should get a call letter in the next week or two to submit passport then it can take 2/3 weeks for them to stamp passport and for u to recieve it back

What he will do after your review deadline as a couple of week later you can ask him .

He has said he can only ask about the court date for the hearing, that's all.

I really don't want it to get listed for a hearing, as I can see from others experiences it will probably take my husband 1 year to join me and our son here, is it does

Its ridiculous after paying so much in fees and taxes.

They refused my visa bcoz they could not verify my cambridge test results online. Yes i did involve MP. He wrote them a letter to urgently review my case and within a week i got good news.
