Hi,
My husband is normally from Afghanistan, he had to go to India New Delhi to submit his biomateric and his passport, his been there for the past three months now.
Biomateric was on 29/05/2017
Email received case not straight forward on 21/8/2017 even when I earn more then £18600, given all the proff, also have a British child, am so confused!
O by the way payed for the priority service,
Guys please don't waste your money for priority service thinking you might get a reply back in 15 working days because you won't!
Iv just emailed my MP today lets see what the MP can do for me, il keep you updated :(

Hi,

It's really frustrating , but hopefully you will receive a positive response soon.

We paid for standard service, my fiancé enrolled biometrics on 1/5/2017. My earning is above the threshold and no children involved so should be straight forward but there are still delays .

wow! exactly same happened to our application. home office switched our flr m 5 year route to the 10 year partner route. they issued 30 months visa. question is what process to follow now? what visa do we apply after 30 months have finished? and what are the requirements?

Hi Guys,

I received today they approval letter. Quite a mess. I applied for a spouse visa 5 years route, and they switched to a 10 year route. They say I didn't provide an English test (which i did, Ielts) but anyway I am currently a MSc Student here in London. Anyway i should receive the BPR within 7 working days.

From all of these i realised that they never saw my application properly. Apparently they put me on hold because of the Supreme Court rule ( just found out because they wrote it on the top of the letter). We didn't have problem about the financial requirement but as soon as they saw that we had a baby just putted us on hold and that's it.

Wishing all the best for all of you,
This forum was really really helpful!
Applied in Mirpur: 07/02/2014
Spouse Called for Interview: 02/07/2014
RFC: 10/10/2014 VISA GRANTED

No i had never received any such type of email.but its my 2nd email 1st one was refused on 7th feb 2017 due to a minor misunderstanding of telling about number of employees in my husbands company.my husband tell about only his own branch members and his boss tell about the all members of their 2 branches.
We also appealed in april. May be due to this my application is delayed.but i dont know that appeal has any effect on 2nd application

They need to reply within 2 working days to tell you that hey have escalated your case. . I panicked so ended up calling . Took the persons name and a call reference number. .

To be honest I've had more movement getting the mp involved. Hopefully as you have paid priority you should hear soon.

Hi Geet,
It's normal not to get a reply back in 2 days, it's happend to me so many times, it only means they want you to call them so they can make extra cash for them selfs, just keep emailing them they will answer.

No i have not received a hold email
I submit my new application on 5th may and go for an appeal also on 5th march..
But till now tribunal has not been provided with my documents from ECO who refused my visa. Even thoug he has been reminded two times by court.
Now at the end a final letter has been sended to ECO on 7th august giving him the final dead line of 21st september for providing documents including recording of call.
At the same time same letter has been issued to our solicitor for providing documents till 21st sep. They are saying in this letter if again we are not provided with documents from ECO we will proceed your appeal on the documents provided by our solicitor...
