No they dont even know your output....The package is sealed so you can only open it when you go to receive your passport......

salaam bro, mashallah very good news hope you get your wife gets her visa inshallah, is there no way you can collect it today . you could call up gerrys and ask them if your wife can come today, as there collection timings are 2-5 and now the time in pakistan is nearly 3clk. just an idea up to you really. let us know how it goes

Applied from Islamabad......emailed MP last week....yesterday he replied asking more details like passport number and stuff....hopefully he l get a status update this or next week from ukba.....

who@es next. Why is it not changing to under process at BHC?

Is this normal?

I emailed my MP a few weeks ago who responded to me with a letter attached from the home office, they advised you have to wait 24weeks before making inquiries - I have to say MP did get me response as any emails I was sending were getting ignored.

Frustrating to say the least

Waiting game more than anything!

Am a bit conscious as I did not provide any evidence of communication between the 2 of us - I did provide some wedding photos however

any ideas?

Thanks @whoesnext. We emailed the embassy after 12 weeks and got the standard response that they'll reply to the email within 20 working days. I am not expecting any specific information from them - suppose all they'll say is that it's under process and applications are taking up to 6-months. Contacting the MP is a good idea. I'll look into that, thanks. Let me know what response you get from your MP.

Make dua and it should be fine insha-Allah. All they want to establish is that your case is genuine. This can be proven in many different ways. Wedding photos are an excellent way to prove that your case is genuine. It should be fine, insha-Allah.
