Hi arun,
Sorry to hear the bad news.....
Again even GOD created the EARTH into a ball-shaped entity so that the life goes on without an end ... we are just simple human beings..

Was getting little philosophical

My earnest advice is to re-apply as you have all the documents in place..
There was only a problem with your offer letter...
Try to avoid job offer ...
Try to convince the EC officer that you will be making UK your main home..

According to the immigration rules it is imperative on the HSMP applicant that he should pump in so much information to the EC officer which always makes him believe that you will search for a job in UK and above all settle down in UK and contribute to their economy...

Then what is the point in immigrating and providing HSMP VISA...

Try to re-apply with the photocopy of your HSMP approval letter...
Try to provide evidence of your communication with Job agencies or Jobsites...and apply the same to BDHC...

You will fall into the pot of success... :)

Best of luck
knowledge increases when you share it

Hi dev,
I am not sure what you all of you mean by reference number. After having submitted our application in VFS Bangalore we got the following reference :
BLAC/201207/******/1---> My number
BLAC/201207/******/2---> My husband's number

Is this the one you guys are referring to?

Hi reachstars

Did you send any mails to BHC asking for status? In the mail response, they would have given the reference number in subject. If you didnt mail, then you will not be getting...

Reachstars,

Earlier, till first week of Jan, when you mail BDHC, they use to give the reference number of your application in the reply mail. They have stopped doing that due to too many mails. The number you have with you now is the Ref number from VFS not BHC.

hmm.... not exactly :(
Its 6 digit number which can be seen in my signature.
This ref number is for their reference.
I guess they wont give, until you mail/call them.

My employer is a leech, now he says he dont care abt this anymore and sending someone onsite...

Now.. It my turn to take the revenge...

I am applying for job in UK and consulted proffesional who can apply EC on behalf of me to make it 200% successful.

Thanks a lot guys...

Vidya,

Looking at the number of Dec 20 applicants, Iam not able to gauge how many applied on that day. Still, If Dec 20 crosses, then it will be our turn.
Hope they complete Dec 20 in a day or two. Again , rejection news sends shivers down the spine.

HI...
I have to really applaud my consultant.... Because she is accurate, professional and follows ethic.... She has been in business for more than 20 years....

When I applied during Aug 1st.. She said the documents may not satisfy... but I pushed her and did got rejected.... She did not apply because of the money I gave... But because I pushed her...

She did lot of calcaulations and applied on Nov 30th.... I got it in Dec 16th..... and I applied EC through her....

I cannot give you the format she sent mail... Because I may violate her ethics.... But when you see the mail you can say she is professional....

Hello Winmano,
You mentioned that your first application got rejected. So the second time around, did you appeal or did you just re-apply? I am asking this as one of our friend's application got rejected in the approval stage itself. They miscalcalculated his earning power (as in his company they have monthly variable pay coz they get appraisals twice/thrice in a year) and also they gave 0 points for his age although he claimed for 10 (he provided both his driving license and birth certificate) .
He followed the same format that we did ,yet his application got rejected. He is down in the dumps now. So any info you give will be of mighty help especially because he is not going through any consultant.
If you feel that my question is digressing from the topic of this thread, please let me know and then I could send you a PM or email you, that is if it is fine with you :)

Thanks a ton in advance,
