just got a letter say they refused my app!!
the reason is my the called my bf EX employer said that my bf left the job already! but the problem is we did sent the letter and the new job contract to them!!!!
and now they didnt sent back my passport and my bf the new job contract!
anyone pls tell me what to do next i feel too sad already months waiting without job
pls help me

I cannot tell you, but many people get one qhen they appeal, just to smooth the process

analucidi tks for reply me, the letter still said the appeal form sould have to received by them in 14 days since they sent the refusal letter to me.
And the funny thing is the letter date is 19/11 n I just receive today and today is SAT!!
I feel so disappointed with HO, I dont know if I appeal or apply another new app, cos I saw online appeal may take more than a year.
But Tue I will go to citizen adv which close on Monday.
Hope they can help me.

Hi guys! I got my biometrics letter in the mail on Thursday. I am going to do my fingerprints etc. tomorrow. Hopefully I will receive my CoA by the new year as I am itching to work! I have a job waiting for me.

Hi Novapplicant, unfortunately, COA comes without rights to work for extended family members. However, if you already have rights to work on your current leave, that won't be affected while the application is being decided. Hopefully it goes well for us. Will keep you updated

Hi lads,
I got some good news, The waitting is over. I recieved back all my documents with my Residence card after bieng 6 mounth waiting.
I applied on 18 May and my card has been ussed on 18 of November and I recieved on 20 So the whoole procces took 6 Mounth exactly. I have been in a Tier 4 and I applied through a Solicitor, and I would like take this opportunity to clear one thing because I saw many people saying that it's better apply by yourself I'd like to advise all people wishing to apply for this route to do it through a Solicitor. I am really happy now after all this wait and I can imagine how is the feeling of the people who still waitting, I wish all the best for everyone. was funny to come here all nights and spend hours reading comments and stories. anyway I am here if anyone need any advise or something like that. Please I've got a question I am travelling to Spain with my wife who is spanish national and We booked already our flight, we have been reading in a website that I don't need a visa is that true as my residence card bear the word Family Member Eu .. Good news!!!

We received a letter dated 21 November saying our RCs were issued and should arrive in 10 working days. With this letter, they sent all our supporting documents.

Our case: EEA national married with a non EEA national for less than 1 year. Non EEA had a Family Permit before, valid for 6 months, expired in July. We applied for the EEA2 in June. Timeline below.

Well I am a non EEA Arrived to the Uk under tier 4 General Student in 2013 since then I met my Wife and we have been togheter since that. My tier 4 was about to expire on semptember 2014 and I extend it via another College but the college shout after 4 mounth and I have been told that my Visa will be cancel even still valid until 2016. I have been looking other colleges but they were very expensive and the course not really intersting with what I was looking for. after we got married last May and after 10 days from my wedding I submitted my application following by cover letter + application form + payslips of My wife + tenancy agrements + NHS letter + tickets of our holidays + our original passports + my Rc + 22 pictures ( weeding + trips ) + contract job of my wife. after that I recieved at the end of June My COA with Right of work and my wife changed her job so we sent a new letter to the home office with new contract and I started working as well and I sent my payslip as well. I am not sure if they recieved this last two evidence because they didin't send them back with my documents. hopefully it's a little bit helpfull for everyone. One last thing please keep your immigration history clean in the Uk if you would like always be garanted visas, apply always before your old visa expire if not go back your country and apply fresh application. Home Office most cases are doing well when your immigration history is clean.
