I applied cat d psw but the other applicant who posted abt visa applied under 200 k, look like ukba finaly started to work on application and picking up speed so hopefuly will get te outcome of application soon.

my correspondence address and home address is different in uk for tier 1 ent...!! but first letter went to correspondence address and rest bio and new rules letter came to my home address wich is not right...no1 at home at moment for next few months !!!!!... im worried wat shall i do???

Hello Every one,
I have submitted a reply to UKBA in regards to their query with relevant documents...does anybody know, how long will it take for them to come back to me? will it be 15-20 days or same long processing time? Has anybody had this situation before and when did they reply in general?

Hi I got my visa sorted today here are the facts

Applied 30th Jan ..Bio after a couple of weeks
Got the BRP today
PSW route within UK
All funds Aborod
Doucments
Bank Statments
Adverstisments Yell,Website ,Twitter and FB
IT consultancy only brief Business plan with covering letter
Degree
Contracts

It's ok, I'm happy to help. I did not received any queries from ukba, I have maintain all fund till now and I am a single applicant, hope it helps

What is nature of business you mentioned in covering letter along with application ?

all documentation details which you attached to your application?

Got the approval letter today, a quick update of the timeline for reference.

PSW to T1E cat D

Application sent: 8th Feb 2013
Biometric letter: 22th Feb 2013

Refusal letter: 11th March 2013
Letter to request reconsideration: 16th March 2013
Approval letter: 27th March

waiting for bio card now......

always included a special delivery return envelope in the correspondence with UKBA, this might speed thing up a little bit.

should be sent on different days, cause the letter is from sheffield and bio card form bristol, if I am correct.

How did you find his contact details? I have a friend who has been refused while he has been given right of appeal but we're thinking of sorting out a reconsideration for him but we don't seem to have any contact details from the case worker.

I am Sorry my post in a wrong thread, but i want to double check my banker has made banker draft of 1020 pounds and make payable to "The home office" and i said i need only "home office", she said "the home office" is alright. is it ok.

The address is readily in the refusal letter, I dont have right of appeal because my visa has not yet expired when they refused me in the first place.

The letter must be signed by someone, that person must be the case worker I presume.
