I haven't contacted any one because after submitting new application, ukvi got 6 months to decide on it.

Thanks for your reply. So in 2nd time you got visa within 2 month ? After receiving the complex letter how long does it take on 2nd time ? Please reply .. I am really worried !

Hi, I enquired about what kind of exceptionally complex issues there are and also mentioned my personal circumstances and why i need the decision asap. Are you waiting more than 6 months? Have you tried to contact your mp?

Hi all, I received a letter stating that there are exceptionally complex issues and my matter will not be decided within 8 weeks. I received that letter last week. I wrote to the Home Office (please note I also had some personal circumstances and needed the decision ASAP) and my case was considered and I got the approval letter yesterday.

Seems so! But if post throw the thread link in a message then they get notify with an email in their email id! So may be then he can reponse..its worth a try i guess.

GMO - Please stop posting all over the sub forum and spamming other users to respond to you. Perhaps users do not wish to respond to you. Continue in your own topic. The 'complex letter' is a standard letter that a lot of migrants on various routes get, nothing sinister about it.
