Any call or news for 3rd May 2016 PEO Croydon Attendees?

I applied on the 4th of May , got my approval on the 9th of May by phone. Today my representative told me that they have received my documents and BRP card by mail. Hope you all get your results soon.

Hey Guys
I received my BRP cards today.
Still no passports in sight. We'll now miss my husband's schengen visa appointment tomorrow, and I still have the risk of missin my business trip beginning next week.
One stupid oversight of caseworker causes us this much trouble, but all they say is "oops - sorry!" and all I can do is "send a complaint email", which will not do any good.
I'm fuming.
Hoping there's a blessing in disguise in all of this nonsense!!

i was on same day may 5th no call or letter yet , still waiting any one in same situation , Do they work on weekend can i go and ask at croydon office ? called helpdesk but they advised just need to wait

I have received an acknowledgement letter today stating my application is valid but there are further enquiries to be made and they sent me a questionnaire to fill in for (Tier 1 General) ILR.

Any news about your ILR.
Because they handed me same letter which sent to You. and No news till yet, I called HMRc and Class 2 NI and confirmed that I never had any amendments, No tax due, No class 2 NI due, and requested 5 Years History for from them In case UKVI ask in between.

Anybody heard about refund of Premium appointment fees for those 3 days?

I was being said by the rep in Croydon PEO that we will get refund of the money if they cannot resolve the issue by 8 PM on my day of application which was 4th May 2016.

Please update if any.

Nothing that I know about. I reckon it should directly get credited into the account you paid the fees at the first place - My Understanding -

When was your appointment smartofficer?! If it was around 3-5th of May I think you should contact them. I think everyone here had their decisions; we only wait for the refund. I hope you solve your problem soon.

My appointment was on 6th may. They just handed over me letter that they need further checks. Nothing heard from them since. I tried to call public enquiry office but they refused to tell me anything. they said they dont know anything, we will contact you.

I have contacted UKVI today and the said that, they cannot see any status. only the caseworker can see , and the/she will only contact you if needed anything for additional. on that top she clearly mentioned that refund will be issued if there is IT issues and fault in our services, if there is we need to check additional on your application, there is no refund. so all the people who get letter like """further enquiries will not get any refund of premium services."""

I wrote to my MP on friday about my VISA details and sent status update to ukvi. Yesterday ILR and FLR(M) is granted. Hurray. Thank you all of you for supporting and guiding. Thanx to admin and all immigration board members in the thread for valuable information.

hi guys,
#I recieved letter from my MP which is dated 26 july, in which he mentioned he spoken to Home Office and could not see any reason to hold my file. He is expecting results very soon and let me know.

Now see guys. my ILR is granted on 27 july, so I believe its the effect of MP spoken to H.O.
hope that works with you guys as well.
