i couldnot find aswell man i phoned college college said me that they need to check they didnot check yet..............man i am really scared guys call college right now guys pls pls pls

Koil---They told me may be in 2 weeks time the name will appear in the tier4 list again.I don't foresee too much problem.

koil i m not from OBC but can u answer a simple quesiton wotever will happen wheather you get a visa or not do u have control over it ? i think NO, so mate leave to time wotever will happen and ready for the worst to give u satisfaction.....

Koil paji,tension maat lo. we hv applied long time ago.Everything will be treated according to the time when we applied,whether all conditions are satisfied or not etc.There is nothing to do with tier4 list.

NO it wont. Ur application has nothing to do with Tier 4 register. So calm urself down, grow up, stop posting for no reason and stop crying like a baby for god sake plz listen to wt ppl r saying to u. Looks like evryone is getting irritated because of ur childish behaviour. plz relax. I dont wana see a post from u specially for atleast 2 days. Lets see if u can do that or not

Guys please stop panacing and click on this link, kashi is 100% right Tier-4 has nothing to do with Tier-1 applications. the only thing I can see is we cant aply for Tier-4 group on our college basis. so just chillllllllllllllllll. koil, just like kashi, even I told you to chill out this weekend as it was a stunning weather and I gone to manchester and drove in the country side with my family and went cinema and bowling. You are gona go so ill if you veep worrying man. Plzzz click here and realize that we are still among accredited colleges for Tier-1 atleast.

guys dont worry every thing will be fine as soon as possible just have little more patince now home office started looking at our visas we might get visas any moment .......... now only thing we can do is just pray to god

hi guys i am also from obc and i am waiting for my visa since oct well i am working in a private company and they are asking for my visa and i am postponing day by day and now they strictlly warned that i need to show my visa withing two weeks dont know when we are able to get our visas i guess the same situation is suffered by many of us well there is a good news also i heard a news that home office has started seeing our visas dont know how far it is true as from the previous post i am sure that it will not affect our applications as obc and some more colleges are in hold they just need to relese the visas and it could be any time withing two weeks so guys now we need to cross our fingers and wait for it

When I called regarding my case (I apllied for PSW in November) and ask them if I have right to work wile they deciding on my case for so long they said that I can only work for 4 months after I sent my documents and if only I sent them on time. Now it has been 7 months.. When I asked them how can I maintain myself then? Who is going to pay my bills they said that I do not have right to blame law of this country..Although I was quite polite, just was seeking solution.
Does anyone knows what kind of meeting is there in June regarding these cases??

Hello everyone, Two applicants from the OBC have received the passport today from the UKBA.They both applied in 1st week of December,2008. One of them has got the valid visa.Other one has got refusal due to the maintenance reason.Thanks.
