You can't.

Start putting the money you receive from you second job into the bank right after you receive it - the exact amount, not a penny more or less!

Then after six months, reapply.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but it is specified in the required evidence that the money shown on payslips has to correspond exactly to the same month's bank statement.

My brother-in-law's appeal took more than a year, there are just so many cases waiting to be heard.

Thankyou for advice... I m thinking the same now.

Well so ur brother inlaw won appeal?? And his resaon was same like mine??
No, he had been refused because his wife's employer had closed down and she had not informed UKBA, so of course their employment checks came up negative.

I just gave his case as an example as to how long appeals take nowadays. It does depend on where the appeal would be heard, too. London is worst, as far as I know.

ok thanks.
my appeal willbe submit and willbe deal in leicester

I asked a solicitor this week regarding the difference of my wage slip and bank statement not matching for 2 of the 6 months, as i was paid cash for these. The difference was only a few pounds. He has told me it should not be an issue even though i pointed out that the rules state they must match.
He told me people have had theirs accepted.

Now i am really confused and worried as to what the decision will be. :?

Still waiting since 28 Feb 2014, applied CAT A, 2 Jobs

I would stop talking to that solicitor, someone here on the forum was refused because of the 4 pence difference they had in their payslip/bank statement.

Is the Job with a employer, or self employer. You can not use savings with self-employment.

If it's with a employer, you need to work the amount of savings you need, by using this formula.

£18,600.00 (income requirement) - £16,500.00 (annual salary) = £2,100.00 (shortfall)

£2,100.00 (shortfall) x 2.5 (years) + £16,000.00 (minimum amount of savings) = £21,250.00 (savings needed to meet shortfall)

£21,250.00 is the savings you need.

These savings can be from family members and must be stated as a gift, showing the money going into your account and staying there for 6 months. Even if the balance drops £0.01p by the amount the clock will be reset and you will have to wait another 6 months at the amount you are relying on.
