Did you emailed at shieffield.islamabad about enquiring how much more weeks they need to get it done ? Yes,do email your MP .Hope due to his involvement you will get prompt response.May Allah grant u success .
No ,sister I got no update unfortunately .If u r still in queue then I'm really far behind indeed as our MPs are not willing to help us both .

Thank you for your dua, I heard back today, this what it said:

"Your husband's application is due to be reviewed today. If it is overturned he will receive an email from us in the next few days. If it is upheld then we will be proceeding to a court hearing and the bundles will be despatched to the tribunal. I apologise for the time it has taken to review your case."

In Sha Allah it is good news I will be hearing in a few days time.

Salaam, there is no news! I haven't heard anything back yet, I am going to email my MP on Monday (15/02/16 my review deadline) because he said he can only help after this date. So let's see what he can do.
Have you heard anything regarding your appeal yet?

I am really sorry to hear how far away your court date is, its ridiculous. I am in a very similar situation to you too, 2 visa refusals, an appeal for which I don't when I will hear a decision on and I am working & raising 2 year old son on my own too.

I will remember you in my duas, In Sha Allah if you reapply, Allah will grant your husband a visa very very soon.

I was just in the process of emailing him, but should I? They are working on it now and are planning on giving me a decision within a few days, so I'm not sure anymore.

Also regarding BHC, I've been communicating with Sheffield and I emailed them on Saturday with a powerful message giving examples of the injustice in the process and how others have got their decision within their deadline, and then I received that email an hour ago

Very best of Luck.Ur winning definately would give me a bright hope as my refusal too is basically a financial confusion on their behalf.
They intentionally ignored my previous employment and created confusion in HM revenue.(although gave them my P45 ).

My MP specifically said he can't get involved until after the review deadline, so I took it upon myself and sent strong emails to every UK spouse visa appeal related email I could find and finally got in touch with someone.

And like you said, they are processing it now so no point in asking for his help atm

It is outrageous how we are paying for there mistakes! Thank you for the good luck and support but don't be disheartened if my case does go to a hearing, maybe yours will be different.

I got a reply back from sheffield.islamabadappeal email and I have been speaking with an Entry Clearance Officer the whole time.

Yes and it replies really very promptly but I'm not sure Hannah Norman personally replies .He/she is her assistant. If ECO replies so quickly then why she is processing cases so lazily .lol

I don't know, I assumed it was an ECO since that is what is written at the bottom of every email. But I do think Hannah is the assistant as she said that the Entry Clearance Manager is the one who goes through and decides the case.

As I've written in a previous post I attended court on 25/01/2016 for my wife's visa application. I received the appeal determination around 2.5 weeks later, it was clearly written in the determination that my original refusals were reviewed by an ECM IN June, 2 months before my deadline date, I only received notification that the decision had been upheld a few days before my pending date in August. Does it really take 2 months to send the information out? I think not.

@MGH did u inquire about it from BHC islamabad before ur deadline ??in my opinion when BHC sent out bundle it needs time to list and then inform that applicant .Tribunal works soooooooooooooo lazily.But if one inquires about case directly from BHC -- it replies very quickly .

I called the tribunal service in the UK for an update every few days, they had no update to give me till a few days prior to the deadline. : (

BHC email is very responsive and its a good way to know in this hide and seek game.Tribunal is so confusing element in all this process.I got that email id through an indian forum so I tried my luck and very unexpectedly I got a reply within 45 min. Tribunal never updates you unless the last minute arrives.

I've already shared it and from that email all applicants with February deadline got good news.
From this email id u can know even review got unsuccessful as normally if it is unsuccessful BHC never email only court informs u but if applicant ask BHC before reaching their deadline it usually informs about the outcome on inquiry .

I have no idea what he's doing to be honest an I'm getting more annoyed each passing day.

So far the appeal has been lodged 10/02/2016, case refused 19/02/2016.

He said along with the appeal he's also sending a reconsideration request as they had no valid ground to refuse the visa. Apparently they should reply by the end of this week.
They only had 1 point which was not enough chat history.

To be honest I am not expecting anything positive.

Me and my husband had been talking 1 year before we got married but the solicitor said to only include chat history after we got married as that would be simpler.

provide all possible evidences.U should include previous chat as well.And most important money transcation reciepts if u have any.Cards as mentioned by @MGH .
U have very strong evidence to proof ur genuine relationship "Ur pre wedding conversation ".
And if you're coming to Pakistan also do provide that evidences too. U could send to tribunal later on.
As from now it will take around 6 to 7 weeks to get a notice of deadline and when ecm at Islambad will recieve ur bundle.
So relax its a long waiting game .u can provide evidences on later on stage but in my opinion as soon as possible to win at review stage.
Very foremost thing if u have any kid then BHC will never challenge u

Respected mam could u help us about how to request for reconsideration as far we know from uk official website we are not allowed to do so .

Your visa application timeline and review deadline is very similar to mine. However I have already had a court hearing and appeal allowed. Really can't understand why your court hearing is so far away.

Hi because your deadline was 2 months before mine
Also people whos deadline was beginning of October have had court dates already but mine is September I think after some time everything got busy, oh well everything happens for a reason. Im reapplying in april
