Spoke to hubby he said he has photocopies of the initial application he submitted.. Phew!!!! Is it just that?

Checklist:

Passport
TB Certificate
Vaf4a Application copy

Let me know if anything else needs adding. Does anyone know the questions that he will be asked at the airport?
Alhamdulillah my wife arrived on Friday and all she was asked was if I was a British citizen, the date we got married and where I worked. She had her TB certificate in her hand luggage but it was not asked for.

Because rather than using this board as chat we could just have our social chats there! This board we should use for Immigration stuff only!

Hi enquisit33

I am so happy for you and finally everything is coming together for you.

For everyone else who are waiting, InshAllah you will all be granted visa's too.

I think it is a good idea about facebook and would be interested in joining!

Salaam

With regards to the TB Certificate at Airport; My sister in law arrived end of november and she forgot her TB certificate in Pakistan with all her docs. I was so worried about what would happen as we only realised an hour before we landed however when she went to the desk with her husband (my brother) they didnt ask for anything except for the TB Certificate...my brother explained that she had left it behind and he said not to worry and asked her to go to the medical bit where doctor does a test. Doctor was not there so they said we will write to you if we need to and stamped her passport

I would advise that your spouses do carry all their documents with them regardless as you never know. Also my brother is a british citizen and they had no problem with him queing in the non-uk immigration line

Congrats and Well Done to all that have succesfully applied or appealed!

Kind Regards
The Confused One

Congrats Exquisit33 Inshallah all will go well at the Airport and your Husband will arrive safely.

When you keep your faith and trust in Allah the rewards are well worth the while. The duration of seperation is tough but imo it makes us more stronger.

Make dua for us all sis. My wife will be getting her English result soon i pray she passes.

Dear mas_sayed it will take around 15 to 18 days in total before it will be ready for collection. So during this time do as much prayers as you can and remember us all in your prayers.

Thanks and Regards,
