Alhamdulillah my bhabi got her visa today

She applied in May .... They were over 24 weeks and I sent them a chaser email about two weeks back. They said cases were on hold due to backlog of pre court hearing cases from March

There were no calls to work, no ?s, no interviews so we were basically expecting a rejection today

But Allah knows best and does best

I wish all of you luck

Sannnnnnn wrote:Hi guys can you pls help me. I have been working for this company for over 2 years now. However my company is to TUPE which means it is to transfer my employment to a outsourcer. I have been told under TUPE law it means my length of employment will carry on. However I wanted to apply for spouse visa in April. Can somebody pls explain what is the right thing to do. Option 1 When I TUPE over to the new company should I wait 6 months with the new company as to not complicate the visa process, or apply earlier but mention the TUPE law and apply that way. I will most probably have 2 P60s too. Reason being I understand you have to be employed by the same employer for 6 months, and when I TUPE over Im with a new employer I guess so I don't wana give them a excuse for refusal. Pls help guys. Thanks in advance

Hi Sannnnn, I am in the same boat as you. By chance are you working for Parsons Brinckerhoff ?. I have been working for Parsons Brinckerhoff for 1 year now. Parsons Brinckerhoff was originally part of Balfour Beatty, but now Parsons Brinckerhoff have been recently bought by WSP. So, in my payslips and HMRC, company name changed from "Balfour beatty group" to an internal company "Parsons Brinckerhoff Ltd" and now at the start of next year the company name in my payslips will change to "WSP Global"

I will be applying for spouse visa for my wife in February next year. Even I am not sure whether I should be applying with CAT A or CAT B. Would the TUPE transfer be considered as change of employer ? I have no idea. Sannnn, let me know if you get any answer on it. Thanks

So I'm having this "debate" with someone I know and I was hoping you all can help me .. As man of u will know our first application got rejected in August.. Applied as self employed. So I have started another part time job now and I will be applying with 2 jobs now with 1 Job being self employed and the other employed with another company.

Now I believe that even though I have 2 jobs now, do I still have to provide 12 months self employment statements plus 6 months bankstatements from other employment ?

Am I right ?

Hi all
A quick question my sister applied for her husbands visa last year november, was refused in March due to missing bank statements and they didn't belive IT was a genuine and subsisting relationship. She appealed in March deadline was the 29th October but still no update from embassy her husband received a call today from Gerrys asking him to collect some documents from them an bring some id but nothing about the passport. Has anyone had this before normally they ring to ask for passport and that its accepted on review. But they've asked to collect papers tomorrow. Any idea what these documents could be?
Thanks in advance
