I did send an email to tribunal about 1 and half weeks ago asking about the status of my appeal and they replied back last week saying as they haven't heard anything from ECM my appeal will be automatically listed for hearing but due to delays it may take some time.
But this is because the ECM have not yet finished reviewing the case. So I am just waiting for Hannah's email, should hear something any day now.
I'm making plenty of dua as this is a critical point lol
But don't worry, I write on here as soon as I get a decision :)

Assalam o Alaikum,

As you all or some of you may know that I submitted my passport along with call in letter and TB test about 10 days ago. My IHS was refunded to me when my visa was refused. After contacting UKVI (through email form and phone) continuously, I got a call from BHC Islamabad today and they asked me to make the IHS payment so they can issue the visa.

But with the help of @raymandosnr and @rosie.x I paid IHS before they contacted me today. So my advice to all of those who are waiting for an email from them asking to pay IHS, please do not wait anymore and pay it ASAP. Its very easy. Create a new account on Visa4uk and fill in the form all the way till IHS payment. Once you have paid your IHS, email (Islamabad.healthsurchargepayments@fco.gov.uk) your old and new GWF reference numbers, your name, passport number, date of birth, new IHS reference number etc.

Once you have emailed them, they aim to issue the visa in 2 weeks. That's what I have been told by BHC Islamabad today. May Allah make it easy for everyone.

JazakAllah

Hi
I want to ask a question
The 4 things the visa was refused
1, One of the western union receipt was
Not signed and BHC believe no mony was transfered
We have proof that mony was transfered as my spouse
Has receipts showing she recieved mony snd signed by the bank

2, No chat history was added
Now a whole year chat history, watsapp, viber,
Watsapp calls all added in

3, BHC said P60 was not original and the contributions
Do not match the payslip and they said
Some months no contributions have bot
Been made
Letter stamped and statement stamped from
HMRC stating all payments matching wage slips
And matching P60 all in order and payments all uptodate
BHC need to proove P60 is not original

4, why doesnt spouse stay in same town as he works
Due to his parents living in the same town
Spouse moved out a year before application submitted
Spouse was working same place as present
This is no matter to refuse visa
Please if anyone could advise what they think
About all this
Thnkyou

Salaam, first of all thank you for everyone's dua and I will continuously make for those still going through this process.
Secondly I got a reply earlier on today saying they have overturned their decision for refusal. I have copied and pasted their response:
"I am writing to inform you that the decision to refuse your visa application has been overturned and you will hear from the Islamabad post in due course. Please find attached a decision withdrawal letter which has also been sent to the tribunal."

And the attached letter:
"Re: Your appeal against the decision to refuse entry clearance
We are writing to inform you that, having reviewed the decision on your application, it has been decided to withdraw the refusal of entry clearance dated 26 August 2015. You will be notified of the new decision in due course.
The reason for withdrawing the decision is based on the fresh evidence submitted at appeal.
The post who made the original decision on your application will contact you regarding the submission of your passport.

This letter is being copied to the Tribunal.

Yours sincerely,

AB
Entry Clearance Manager"

Alhamdulillah, I am so happy and I hope everyone gets reunited with their spouses very very soon.
ok now I wanted to ask, what do I do now? like once my husband gets here, is there anything else I need to apply for?

Salaam, your case seems pretty straightforward, hopefully the ECM will see that the ECO made a stupid mistake which has cost you time and money, not to mention the heartache. I think ECO's just become robots when they are in the office. Praying for your success

Keep praying my brother, my appeal was allowed in Bradford over 2 weeks ago, I rang the tribunal for an update yesterday only to be told that on their system the appeal is showing as dismissed. My solicitor needs to write to them to query it. How pathetic is that?
