Apparently 5 polls over the weekend showing leave EU is getting very much stronger. Hopefully we all receive our responses before UK decide to start emptying the country of EU citizens. They have to give my passport back before they can deport me right

Yeah that's what I was thinking. Today is my 91st day of waiting

I told myself that I will completely give up waiting for it if after 3 months I don't get it. I'll assume it will come after 6 months or after I contact them

If you have been here for more than 6 years you can apply for BC right after receiving a DCPR correct? It is only if you have apply on the 5 year mark you have to wait 12 months.

I believe that's correct Bumble. If you are married to a BC you can however apply if you have been there 3 years.

No confirmation e-mail so far.

Problem is my husband's (Non EU citizen) residence card expires on 11th June and if he doesn't have COA until then what would he say to his employer? I was told that they should send you letter to confirm application within 4 weeks?

Hi there, I sent application on 28th April, and it took exactly one month to receive biometrics letter. My husband (non EEA) enrolled his biometrics on 31st May, and we're still waiting to receive COA.

COA can take up to 21 days after biometrics have been received.

That leaves applicants whose residence card has expired without any documents for about a month

You shouldn't be worry about the employment. You have the right to work until Home Office is actually reject your application and you can't appeal for the case anymore. I am a non-eea family member I sent the application on 21/04/16 which my 5 years resident card expired on 04/05/16. I have no problem with my employer and I receieved COA yesterday (06/06/16).

Hello Folks i just thought of sharing my PR (ROR) timelime though i kept believing and trusting in God Almighty,
Previously==
I applied for PR in 16/5/2015
Biometric 01/6/2015
COA Dated 9/6/2015
Refused 28/11/2015. dated 26/11/2015
Reason...... Please seach for my previouse post about my PR refusal,

I got encouraged and advice from Obie, he asked me to Appeal, send a reconsideration and if possible re-apply,
Reconsideration sent on the 01/12/2015,
Appeal sent 03/12/2015 (via onlinepayment taken),
Reconsideration refused on the 07/12/2015 caseworker said i did'nt provide the documents at the initial stage ( bloody liar).

* New Application sent = 11/12/2015, ( With bundles of documents )
* Biometric = done 05/01/2016 ( dated 30/12/2015 ),
* COA = 16/01/2016
* Additional documents sent to HO 10/01/2016 & 02/05/2016,
* PR Biometric recieved = 07/06/2016 ( dated 03/06/2016) via DX Delivery Guy
* PR letters and documens recieved = 07/06/2016

I applied for PR on the basis of ROR i have retained my right in july 2014 and was issued another 5 years in 2014,
i sent bundles of documents of myself and ex spouse for this PR which cost 40 pounds to send and also include a returned envelope which i used in tracking.

A very BIG thank you to OBIE and other kind members of this great forum for your help and surport, may the Almighty God bless you all and for those that are still waiting you will recieve goodnews soon, please keep believing and keep recieving.

Congratulations! Good to see a completed app without email confirmation as well, though wow they took 3 weeks to get the completed app back to you? That is terrible. Bad enough waiting for it to be completed without adding that much extra pain afterwards.
