I m an eu nd my time line is as below
Applied online on 06 October 2019
COA ON 06 November 2019
Settled status granted 06 November 2019
My non eu husband applied on 28 November 2019
Biometric done same day(28 November)
COA 29 November 2019
And still waiting for decision
When called resolution centre they say everything is fine he has got strong evidence from HMRC and his case is straight forward and case worker will decide his case soon but he is out of work because his taxi badge is expired and council will not issue his badge without BRC
We are very disappointed

Just out of curiosity, will the scenario below qualify for settled status?
Non EU family member
Married 2012
RC granted 2016 after a long battle with the HO.
Pre settled status granted June 2019
Since I’ve been married since 2012 and been living with my EU wife all this time (7 years) don’t I qualify for settled status although I’ve not fully covered 5 years on the RC?
Thanks
It's incorrect .. You should ask for ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW

The voting choices are inclusive...so it doesn't help much. Timelines on average have been reducing over last few months on the traditional EEA FM process. Though renewal Vs first time information wasn't disclosed.
Compiling those typically COA is received 3-9 days after biometrics. Most being received around 7 day mark.
The RCs are being received 3-12 days after receipt of COA with median likely around 10 days. Some of us (like myself) are stuck and waiting for longer than that but I believe the average experience is in that range.
Not sure what the timelines are on the pre settled (appendix EU) applications and whether they are sending BRP to family members who don't have them.
Hope that helps.
Hi, i hope you receive your RCs - if so, how long it took you to receive it? I received my COA 2nd Dec, now waiting for the decision. I just wanna know how long i must wait +- coz i need to travel and my ticket is been booked. Didn't expect it will takes too long since i Applied since Aug 2019.Thank you

My timeline:
Non eu
Applied : September 1st
Biomectrics : September 13th
COA : November 21st
Settled status : waiting

Hi my application is showing no application in progress.
This might be because U already received an outcome for your application...what could be the case?

Hi all,
US citizen having been resident here since 2009. First non-biometric residence card expired in 2014, but had to apply for another 5-year non-biometric card since I had been in France for a year with my partner. My partner is an Irish citizen and we're living in Northern Ireland (yes he's from the RoI exercising EU rights in the UK technically). He isn't required to register with the EU settlement scheme so I don't have an application to tie mine to, but here's my timeline so far:
21 November - applied for settled status based on 5+ years of continuous residence. They needed a few extra proofs of residence from a number of years (oddly they needed 2013?) and submitted those. Completed the application and immediately booked a biometrics appointment for 25 November
25 November - biometrics completed and submitted.
As of today, still waiting to hear anything. No correspondence whatsoever yet after two weeks.

I think if you have provide all the compulsory evidence then you can have settled/pre settled status granted by HO but it can take more time if youR eu partner doesn’t apply
