Refused at 45.

What has been the cutoff for previous months?

Might as well a technical issue with HO?
Same Case Refused at 45 points..

Wouldnt the case be same for Jan? All those who were rejected this month will apply again. This is so unusual.

Hi everyone. My RCoS application was planned to be submitted for November, however due to a problem caused by my employer the job posting for RLMT had to be revised. So they had to submit the CoS application in December. I have the salary range 32000 and the RLMT was correct. Job is not in the shortage occupation list. My application is rejected and now my employer does not want to wait any more for me, since the need in the position is urgent. I cannot think of what would have happened if they did not make any mistake on the job posting and submit the application on November. Does anyone have any information/suggestion, or what should I do further?
What is the calculated point in this scenario?

Would be great to get more clarity on this as it is valid and concerning. Given how high the refusal rate was, what optimism can we have for Jan onwards..

No I think Vinod, I think it is forwarded for Jan month's allocation without reapplying (My guess). As my HR didn't let me know what exactly is happening.

@Jagadeesh Did you got any update on COS, mine also same scenario

Thanks
Suresh Lolla
@Suresh my rCoS is approved, employer reapplied on the 4th Dec, approved a couple of days back.
it's surprising that so few got through this month, I do not think 60k salary is a thing.. it's way too high.
Hope things go well in Jan for all..
@Jagadeesh What’s your salary range
I think Jagdeesh's case was of shortage occupation, if am correct, RLMT doesnt apply in that case and you get 130 points
@Jagadeesh, mine is under 31K salary range and it was shortage occupation
Did anyone experienced the above scenario, if so what is the way to obtain
I'm not in position to get the details from my employer

also on the government's website, it says: "The November allocation meeting took place on 13 November. All valid applications received by 5 November were successful if they scored at least 21 points". So this means if you score at least 21 points you get a certificate. I don't understand therefore why this month it's been really bad??? How is it possible that application with over 30 points were rejected when in previous months 21 points were enough? Just weird.
Dont believe by the minimum points that HO post on their allocations page, they always mention it as 21.
They will doing same for December month also

Myself (34 points) & MSCHASE(36 points) have applied in November and we are pushed into December month and finally got refused

Oh no :( did you get any information from the Home Office? I think in 2016, the points mentioned on the gov website were 32 points.
