I wonder if there is somebody who has same scenario and how long it will take?

Terrific day!

Post by rkc » Mon Aug 07, 2006 11:21 am

Hi All,

What a terrific day it has been today! Two good things happened:

1. I got the HSMP approval letter along with all my documents in good condition via Royal Mail :).
2. I received my employment offer letter from my future employer based in Cambridge, England by courier :).

Too many things in one day...phew! I just took the afternoon off from work :)

I simply do not have enough words to thank this forum... but still... THANK YOU!

My application details and timelines:
Application Under 28 - Out of Country
Reached HO: 27th June
CC Charged: 12th July
Reference number received over phone: 17th July
Caseworker Assigned: 31st July
Decision made and documents posted: Ist Aug
Receipt of approval letter/documents: 7th Aug

On to EC...

I wish all HSMP aspirants All the Very Best for their application!

regards

Well guys bad news
they awarded my 55 point means no point for education

SO if any one knows some thing about Qualification Equivalence
I have applied from pakistan and they said that BAchelor's Degree in pakistan is just equal to High level National diploma.

I am software Engineer ( MY degree is of Four years)
Attested by HESC(Highger education )
and (Foriegn office).
so if any one who applied from pakistan and got points of education please help me and

And any one else tell me what to do

I think u should apply for uk equilance of ur degree from UK Naric. It happened to my friend. He has civil engineering degree(four years bachelor) from Lahore. They first refused his hsmp application due to awarding 0 points in education. He then appeal against the decision and attached uk naric certificate of degree eqvilance. His appeal is then approved.
thanks
