Yes I agree, if August Applicants are being processed now then that makes it roughly 4 to 5 months. So if we go by this then:

August applications will be processed in November/December
September applications will be processed in December/January
October applications will be processed in January/ February
November applications will be processed in February/March

Some lucky applicants will probably here within the 12 weeks standards.

I have a weird query and writing in case it has happened to some one else. As some of you may be aware I applied in Feb and got rejected in Oct and reapplied

Anyways in June I was calling UKVI from the number on their website which is fine but after that ANOTHER company in a different name calling themselves UK VISA LONDON starting taking randomn payments from my account. I called up my bank and they noticed that there was a difference in both companies (between the actual visa gerry which took payment in June and this other company)

Not sure if it has happened before but been advised to be cautious especially seeing as the fraudelent company was caling themselves UK VISA therefore do keep an eye on your statements as I only randomnly noticed this month and when I checked my statement it had happened in September when I did not make any calls

Thanks
Not sure but I think they charge to call the number on the website. They say you need to have your card ready for payment details.

This is taken from the site:
'This is a paid service and there is a cost of £1.37 UK Sterling per minute in addition to your standard network charges. Please have a valid credit or debit card ready to process your payment.'
Everybody knows that
Thanks guys I know it is a charged service- what I am trying to say is that ANOTHER COMPANY with a similar company name started randomly taking payments form my account after I made my first call to Gerrys and it was confirmed by the bank that it was fraudulent (maybe a fake company set up in a similar name to UK VISA) therefore I am just advising you to keep a check on your account activity

Thanks

1st Application: 2nd Febuary
October (something): Refused as latest wage slip outside 28 days requirement
Documents re- submitted in Mirpur on 07/11/14
2 Visa Processed Emailed received today- 27/01/14
Waiting for RFC call...

Don't waste another year appealing that decision... Get everything together and re-apply.

Sorry to hear about your decision but just one thing; grave mistake seeking JSA in the same year as the used payslips. Because your husband would have wrote a low salary on the JSA application in order to get it, and HMRC retains that amount on your record until you have paid/declared to them the full tax amount for that financial year.

Secondly, the self-employment used must be the last full financial year before your application (not the current).

Don't worry, I was rejected recently too... But mine was because I was promoted within the 6 months and didn't have a separate employment letter for each position.
so sorry to hear about your refusal and thankyou for help
i applied through catagory A in my last application.
it would b possible to re apply through catagory D rather than A.
In my new application i have to mention my last refusal ?

(I have message history of more than 2000 pages and 600 pics. Haven’t attached all of them because it will be an extra burden however picked few pages from random dates or backups)

Eligibility Requirements: Accommodation

Letters from kids
Sponsorship Undertaking SU07/12

My case Overview
I have neither convicted any crime or traffic offence in Pakistan nor in UK. I got married with xxxxxxxx in Pakistan. We were on honeymoon for four days in Murree after marriage. We have the related documents that we met each other and we are in regular contact with each other before and after marriage.
She is not required to go through minimum threshold of financial requirement as she is receiving Carer’s Allowance, Disability living Allowance however we will have to show that we have adequate maintenance. She is also receiving child tax credit, child benefit and housing benefit etc. Having four kids and couple we need to show that we have adequate maintenance. As per Immigration directorate instructions Annex F Chapter 8 Family Members - Maintenance And Accommodation (click) at page 4, paragraph 5.2.
Approximate/Rough Calculation for 4 kids and couple.

Carer allowance £61.25 per week
Income support £40.25 per week
Disability £100.15 per week
child benefit £60.50 per week
child tax credit £301.75 per week
housing benefit £ 106 per week
Total £ 670.05

so its 113.70 + 17.45+ 265.32= 396.47

And paying council tax £18 and house rent £106 per week so it’s £520.47 which is less than the projected income £670.05
it means that she qualifies for adequate maintenance. In addition to this income I am also having saving of about £3800 in my Personal account. Which means an addition of about £30 per week in income.
For the purpose of income, benefit income can be used as income as per Immigration directorate instructions Annex F Chapter 8 Family Members - Maintenance and Accommodation, paragraph 5.2(a). No benefit income is said to be excluded in the Immigration directorate instructions.
She is having accommodation, letters are attached. I have scored 7.0 Bands in IELTS and. As an additional support I have got a job offer letter from UK as I previously have experience in that field in Pakistan. My uncle’s letter to give me full support in case of any additional aid towards fund as he done in past so that I must not rely on Public Funds in UK.

Hi
There is absolutely no need to take a new TB Test. There is no requirement for it at the airport and its only a requirement for the actual application. My daughter In Law arrived last week and they never asked for it. The general consensus on this forum is they do not need it. We did not waste time and money doing another one. There is nothing in the guidelines and therefore not required.

Are you relying solely on cash savings for the next application?

Read page 45:

https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... rement.pdf

If you rely only on cash savings you need £ 62500 in an account in either your name or your spouses name untouched for at least the last six months. If you are combining with category A, you need to calculate how much you will need:

Example:

you earn 15000, so your shortfall is 3600 pounds.

3600 x 2.5 = 9000

9000 + 16000 = 25000

You also need to explain where the money is coming from (savings from salary, gift from family) and evidence that. If it is a gift from family, you need to show how the money left their account and that their account is not wiped out because of this. You will also have to provide a declaration from the person who is gifting the money that it is indeed a gift, doesn't ever have to be paid back and that there are no strings attached.

Wherever the application form asks about prior refusals you need to declare it.

so my father need to provide legal gift deed to show he is giving gift to my husband.
legal gift deed and a declaration letter from my father is sufficient to explain where the money is coming from?
