It means they've made a decision and now either you'll be issued with a VISA or (Allah Knows Best) you'll be given reasons for rejection. Let us hope it's the former. It should from here based on previous applicants, be no more than 15 working days for you now, which is the standard time frame anyway. So you're almost there, just a couple more weeks give or take and you'll know.

Why is he not going after 3 months ? Also, you do not have to disclose the fact that he is going back to study. Once he comes here he can go back and forward as many times as he likes..

If you provide pay slips and a letter of confirmation from the employer with contact details, they may not even need to. My company is so massive that even if they wanted to call us, it would take a year and a half for them to get through to the right department, which is why I gave my line manager's details. Line manager has said they haven't called and most of my friends who's wives came over, their employers weren't contacted either. I guess it's a case of whether they feel you're a genuine employee or not.

One of our refusal reasons were that they didn't believe I was working and getting an income.. despite submitting all employments documents, including: wage slips, P60., letter from work etc. They didn't bother calling my employers up which could have clarified the issue had they called up to check!
Allah is the greatest!

Provided the wage slips have the company's name on there and provided the bank statements show that exact amount going in and provided that a headed letter has been printed off stating her role and confirming she is employed. You really have nothing to worry about.

Hi all.

How long will it be before next status change?
Current status is forwarded to embassy.
Will it be application sent to ac or ready for collection.
Also is forwarded to embassy a new status. What do bhc do? :)

No one knows the answers to time, except we can hazard a guess based on past applications, that you're likely to see a ready to collect about 10 -15 working days after the this.

I've also done some research both of the things mean the same thing almost, except now it's a case of printing off the reasons for rejection or more likely in most cases, stamping the passport with the VISA.

Either way everyone with Forwarded to Embassy should get a response fairly soon.

No need to worry about minor things like that, same decision maker for all and same point of collection for all. So don't fret over things like this.

So you know you know that status is used for Tier 1 applicants.
