Just an update
-Applied Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) from Tier 4 (Student) on 11-12-12
-Acknowledgement received on 16-12-12
-Sent English Language certificates ESOL C1 certificate and UKNARIC report on 24-12-12.
-Biometric given on 16-01-13
- Received (Refusal) along with documents on 29-05-13.

They Awarded all points except English Language in which they awarded 0 as they havent received English Language documents which i sent on 24-12-12. According to Post office / Royal mail they received this post on 28-12-12.
Now No right of Appeal , No Admin Review etc. because i have a visa till 2015 as Tier 4 student; although my college is not in the list they didnt curtail my visa so that i cant get right of appeal.
The only option i had now is Judicial Review (High Court) and this process is quite expensive and time consuming ...Need to wait 3 to 6 months more unfortunately.     :( :( :( :( :(

Hi this was the email that i received in the first week if Feb 2013 i did not sign the third party declaration because my third party was in Pakistan. But Ukba said they need as both to sign so i got it posted to uk and signed it again but the legal representative letter only confirmed the signature of my third party. I have taken out my personal details out of this email and put xxxx instead. I hope this will help

Dear Mr XXXX,

We are currently processing your application for further leave to remain in the United Kingdom as a Tier 1 Entrepreneur. Unfortunately we are unable to continue as you have not submitted the required documentation.

As such we are requesting that you submit an original 3rd party declaration that is signed by yourself. You should also obtain a new legal letter to support this.

This request for the documents is therefore being made under the UKBA flexibility provision. You should also note that the required documents should meet the full requirements of the Immigration Rules.

Please note that we are only able to accept the original documents received within UK Border Agency within 7 working days of this email. We therefore strongly recommend that you send the document by special next day delivery. No further extension will be given if the requested information is not provided within the seven days.

Please send the documents to the following address;

Tier 1 - XXXXXX
Vulcan House - Iron
North East, Yorkshire and Humber Region
UK Border Agency
PO Box 3468
Sheffield

You may also submit these documents via e-mail direct to myself in addition to submitting the original documents.

If you have any further questions in relation to this request please contact our Immigration Enquiry Bureau on 0870 606 7766.

Yours sincerely,

Mr XXXXXXX

Finally it's a rejection

Post by ravin001 » Tue Jun 11, 2013 9:44 am

After waited 4 and 1/2 months the result came as REJECTION.

the reasons for the rejections are

1) The evidence that I have submitted in relation to advertising material is not acceptable because my name is not on the material.

2) Contract between my business and my client is not acceptable as there is no contract number provided for the client

They gave me option for appeal aswell.

Can any one please tell me is it better to appeal and what are the chances of winning the case?

Is there any one who appealed it and won the case?

UKBA Contact Details

Post by tbtheodorebagwell » Thu Jun 13, 2013 9:21 am

It has been over 6 months since I did my biometrics and I would like to contact the UKBA to know the status of my application. The likelihood is that they'll me that my application is in process however I would like to speak to them.

Could anyone please be so kind to share their contact telephone number so I may speak to them?

Thank you.
