Brother, I would LOVE to go but because of work commitments it is not possible, I went last year May and stayed for 2 months and I did not want to come back here, I was loving the weather, the shopping and spending time with hubby, that was something precious to me, I value and cherish every moment I spent with him.

I got to spend my birthday and first year anniversary with him when I went it May but this year May I will be alone

4pm - 1pm = 3 hours time difference, depending on the time of year, isn't it 4 or a 5 hours time difference. Anyways you're right, she should get a message pretty soon.

What has happened in the past year or so since I've been following the thread, there's a usually a group of applicants who get there ready for collection at the same time. So all that are waiting now need not worry, it's a drought at the moment and the storm is about to open up.

My birthday is in may and my anniversary is in June along with my husband birthdays.if it makes you feel better me and my husband haven been together for any of our birthdays nor our anniversary. Pakistani boys do talk like that i agree. And don't worry sis Inshallah everything will be good.

hi all i have been reading this thread for a few days now and have noticed quite a few people have had there status change on 4th march 2012 to "forwarded to embassy for processing" as has mine. thing is i my wife applied on dec 22nd and it seems to me its been over 60 working days am i right? do you think she should call them now?

I’m Mirpuri too, I thought id drop Urdu lirix in-case you didn’t understand. I got work commitments aswel but took time off work, worth going definitely especially this time of the year when it’s not too hot and not too cold..
That’s soooo kool you got to spend you b’day and 1st shaadi ni salgira together.. Its my wife’s bday in May, Inshallah we will spend it together in UK. – PLEASE DO DUA FOR US.

It's been 61 days for you, I would contact the Gerry guys on the contact number and send an email to them as well. You'll find the contact details on their site. It varies according to the centre you applied from.

Our 9 week mark is around 5th June and 12weeks in July, all we can both do is now wait patiently to hear som positive good news

Not a problem you've get different methods of contact and provided you check online every day, then you'll not have to wait long.

But show a little more sabr, there is a guy who's gone past his 60 days and he's so calm. It looks good on his part and Allah will reward him for his sabr too.
