If this is what CC told you then its balle balle for you - atleast you have some update saying decision has been made be Caseworker and its gone to Manager for authorisation !

When I spoke this afternoon, i was told something contradictory.....its gone to manager for checking but when i asked specifically - has decision been made - he said NO ! ....will someone tell us who makes the decision . CW or his manager ???

Very strange , well anyways ....this means even though you have applied in early May - you may jump the race and get decisions before us ( april end applicants ) .....all the best buddy

No need to worry. The ref nuber comes by 2nd class post and you can expect within 5 days after sending your docs. Since the money is out, you dont need to worry. The transaction is made. So they have processed your case.

Hi Hussain,
Applied Tier1 application with HSMP approval letter on 04-June, £350 has been deducted. Now need to travel back on 29-June due to no more releases in project, please pass the Fax and phone nos of CC for Tier 1 appcation. Thinking to have 10 days LWP with so many stories need to tell to my employer..

Called up the HO for the first time after relenting for so many days.
First I could not get thru their number, then got thru but kept getting disconnected. Finally made thru an arrogant lady

I told her than my applications is 4 weeks old and I have to travel urgently to India. I would want to know the status to decide if I should withdraw my application.

She refused to give any information and only kept saying that processing time is 10 weeks and HO is working on application received on 1st May. FULL STOP.

Now I have to tell my employer when I can come back to India. Last I told him on the 15th. Now I dont know what date to give him.

It's a pure guess.
I wud think, like any other organisation, the CW recommends and manager takes final decision, whatever you call it approves or authorises.

So your case too might have gone to manager for final decision - approval or authorisation whatever u call it.

It's just a guess - not from any confirmed source.

Sorry for incomplete quey. Due to client side IT department's re structure & no more releases in the project, client wanted to close the contract on 29-June much before the agreed contract. Employer in india might book the return ticket on 29-June. Need to fax the tickets to HO, pl pass fax no.

Last when I had called the BIA, they said 2 weeks for withdrawing the application. However I dont think this is true in a real emergency. It should not be more than a day.

I have not got it sofar, and my docs were received by HO on 6th may and also I have sent Special Delivery cover along with my application.

I have applied from UK and Where did u apply from. It should not take more than a day if they already sent it across.

Will update you all, once I received the docs.
