Guys can someone clarify do the visa centres ne open on weekendS? Someone i no applied one day after me also from lahore and got th processed email wednesday n sed he went today to collect. Thy had only one email and there's has been refused

Hi everyone I just wanted to ask if you are applying with two jobs do you give 6 months payslips or 12 through category A? Any help would be much appreciated x

I submitted both result sheets and the crtificate. That was what I was advised :)
June 30th 2014 - Applied for spouse visa (Pakistan)
August 11th 2014 - daughters Right of Abode applied
August 18th 2014 - Right of Abode successful
December 2nd 2014 - Spouse visa refused
December 29th 2014 - Reapplied for Spouse visa

I have been married since feb 2012 almost 3 years and my visa has been refused twice please pray I'm third time lucky and my hubby gets his visa time ( applied 26th November 2014)

6/02/2015 visa rejected :(
16/02/2015 sent application for appeal
28/03/2015 received pending appeal notice

Salaam guys

I should be applying for my spouse visa from mirpur in a couple of weeks, iv prepared all my documents and my husband has got his ready he should be sending soon. My tb test has the wrong uk address on, i dont know how this has happened i think my father has given them my in laws address and not my husbands address, is this an issue ? I know how strict they are now so every last detail matters - if you can help on this matter. Jazakallah

When my wife had her TB test done for the first time it also had the wrong post address on it... As post code was wrong etc. We submitted it from mirpur too. Although the case was refused the wrong address was not an issue they pointed out.

However saying that I would just say do it again or take it back and ask them to correct it

The public holidays are listed on the website, on monday thr 5th jan all centres will be closed due eid - milad.

Hi ket1 can did u apply through category A with 3 jobs and showing 6 months bank statement and we're all your payslips above 1550 as they have been saying they should be on this forum 2 old really appreciate ur answer x

I apllied with 3 jobs yes and yh it was category a
Evry month wasnt 1550 over as one job is non salaried employment and 2 are salaried so thy must have use the non salaried and worker it out by adding thm together n dividing by 6 and then th other two as thy wer for each month and thy wer th same . I hope this helps feel free to ask any other questions

Thankyou, yours had wrong post code, mone has a complete new address post code and different town! What were the reasons of refusal ?
Didn't include sa302 tax paper (applied self employed) and didn't include full 12 month bank statements lol I messed up on the statements... Re applied on the 29th :)

I guess this proved that they do not look at your lowest payslip they look at your annual income.

Yes so many people including solictors tld me nt to apply yet sayin it has to b 1550 per month n that being off sick for a week was gna affect it bt mashallah looks like it didnt
Feeling so relieved alhamdullilah jus cant wait for that passport to b in our hands finally x

It's in Allah's hands he is the decision maker not the ECO or any solicitor u deserve this Inn sha Allah u will have ur visa stamped In ur hands soon xx

Hello everyone,
I asked for a status update yesterday Iv received an email today from them saying they will escalate the case to the relevant department, Iv provided the information I was wondering this wont have a negative affect on my application will it? I only asked for a status update and got that email on return in the email it said your documents will be sent back to you unless you have paid for a courier service, I applied on the 26/11/14 I hope they reply back to me saying online assessment and verifications have been done
