Basically shoaib ring the embassy and check up. If you are past 60 working days you are entitled to a response. So ring embassy. In google search for british embassy abu dhabi and go on the website under contact is the number. Ring it and update the forum. Thanks shoaib and good luck.

Pls can somebody tell me if a appointment needs to be booked or can u just turn up my hubby supposed to go 2morrow does he need appointment and does he need to submit photocopy of the whole application.

Does anybody have number to book appointment from uk.

your application has been forwarded to embassy=4 march 2012
still not answer
today 26 march

Your name is Raja and your husband applied? Doesn't make sense.

Anyways you have every reason to be displeased, I say you chase up and ask why the heck they've taken so long. It may well be they do these applications as a bundle and will give everyone applying within a 5 week period or so a response. But one thing is for sure they are definitely take a long time at the moment.

1. It is better to make an appointment before you go or pay Rs 3000 for premium service.
2. He needs to submit one photocopy of all relevant documents.

UKBA have updated the proccessing times, this is based on last month. select the correct center please to avoid confusion!!

We have service standards for processing UK visa applications in Pakistan. Our standards say that we will process:

"95 per cent of settlement applications within 12 weeks and 100 per cent within 24 weeks of the application date"

Who is the brother who application been sent since 29 December because its only today been 62days dnt forgot the embassy was close for Christmas and re opened 5January. Maybe you will hear this week Inshallah

I havent replied in a while on here, just trying to be patient and wait for some good news, no point worrying but UKBA are taking the piss, we have a right to family life and if our marriage is genuine and they have no reason to doubt us then grant us the visa quick ini...

Cheer up sis, you havent got long left to wait, my hubby only just submitted his on 9th March. 3years is a long time, mine is 2years.

Hi the new status application forwarded to embassy means that your application is in abu dhabi the abu dhabi guys are very helpful I just spoke to them they have confirmed the application is with them and it is under process you need to give them the applicants passport number.

abu dhabi embassy: 0097126101100 then option 0
