you escalated your application, was that because they couldn't find your details?

lastly, anyone on this forum who has actually escalated their application and received the visa? As I have seen most of the people who had to escalate their application had their visas refused

Also what is involved?
As my Employer has not receieved a call from them yet confirming my employment etc.

Just worried as to how long it would take, as I asked for an update yesterday and they said that my status is still the same and is still in the queue for further checks/enquiries

They also escalated it for me and just got an email back saying that my status is still in a queue for further checks & enquiries .

Heres my timeline

Applied online 14th November 2014

Application submitted in mirpur 26th November 2014

Escalated on the 29th of January 2015

Received reply that initial assessment had been completed on the 3rd of February 2015, but my solicitor so received 2 emails one processed one concluded on this date

Call from gerrys to collect plus email and text that it is in the visa application centre on the 4th of February 2015

Collected passport on the 5th of February 2015 and Visa granted mashallah xxx got the visa in mashallah 9 wowrking weeks exactly x

i also received that email after escalation on the 3rd of feb however on the 3rd of feb also received 2 emails processed and concluded so its a waiting game :/ u just never know

My wife has just collected passport and Alhamdulilah visa is stamped!!
Been a nervous weight.
Insha'Allah All those who are waiting will get their visa soon. Amin.

I have actually just received email from gerry's to say documents are ready to be collected!!
I hope visa is stamped inshaAllah!! and others get visa very soon. Amin

Nothing to worry about, stick to your prayers and duaws, in sha Allah you will soon have a decision. I applied thrice not once they contacted my employment. That doesn't mean they don't verify employment, I guess if they suspect something with employment papers then they have to go through a verification process.

It means they have made a decision on your application, in sha Allah nest week you will receive email to collect.

Yesterday i email to findout about the update they replied that give us following info n we will find out for u thn on same day they repled we gave this info to relevant department and we will get back to u in 3-5 working days today i recieved an email from thm that v findout from decison making center that ur application has been concluded. What does this reply means?

10. In respect of non-employment income all the following evidence, in relation to the form of income relied upon, must be provided:
(a) To evidence property rental income:
(i) Confirmation that the person or the person and their partner jointly own the property for
which the rental income is received, through:
(1) A copy of the title deeds of the property or of the title register from the Land Registry (or overseas equivalent); or
(2) A mortgage statement.
(ii) Personal bank statements for the 12-month period prior to the date of application showing the rental income was paid into an account in the name of the person or of the person and their partner jointly.
