Congrats to all those who have got visas. You must be on the moon.

Guys, did you include sponsorship undertaking form SU07/12 ? and did you include overseas pakistani id card ? as the sponsor has to state his dual nationality in the application form

So when we ask for status update HGS which is based in India, asks BHC on our behalf and then gives us update whatever they have on their own system and not BHC system.

Only one thing that intrigues me is, in most cases after escalation, in few days applicant is informed by BHC of the decision, I wonder why not before that? And lastly, they say HGS is not involved in decision making, yet they send out strange responses to applicants. As in why some applicants get status update of "Application Processed" and some get update like "Application Concluded" I think HGS does not have uniform consistency to give accurate, timely and uniform status updates. These were the reasons BHC outsourced updates service to HGS.

ab112 wrote:Does anyone bank with natwest? Did you submit "transaction history"? What did you submit instead of bank statements? Natwest wont provide bank statements :( I want to know if they accept transaction history

My husbands banks with them and he went yesterday and got a got a transaction history which is the same as bank statements. But they could only do 5 months for him, they wrote him a letter. And signed and stamped the letter ad they attached their number if there were any enquiries they could contact the bank. The transaction history is the same as bank statements. Banks statements take too long to come in the bank it really wastes time. As they only printed 5 months for my husband. They said to him to print the remaining one month bank statement bring it in then they will write another letter to say they have checked this and sign and stamp the letter. They could only do 5 months for my husband because he had alot of transactions, maybe they could do 6 months for you, or print of 6 months bank statements and take them to the bank they check them and then write a letter to say they are authentic. When i lived in the uk as a student i banked with natwest they were really helpful. They should help you.
Which branch did your husband go to and what did he say? I asked them for originals at my local branch on weekend but they only printed copies, they also said they cant stamp or provide a letter, really unhelpful :x

I asked for transaction history which is taking long time to arrive. I also paid about £40 for paper copies of statement to be posted to me which they said will take about 2 weeks to arrive. I am really frustrated. It looks like we will miss this month and have to wait til next month.

What did you say to your manager to convince them to write a letter? If i take printed online copies do you think they will stamp them? Do you know if transaction history is acceptable?

My husband went to hanley branch. Yeah they cant stamp the statement but can write a letter of authenticity. You paid 40 pounds ? My husband orderd his statements last week for the past 6 months and he didnt pay anything. Print your statements off they wont stamp them but ask them to write aletter of authenticity. I think my husband told them it was for immigration purposes. You should complain they hav not treated you right. I dont kniw if transcation history is acceptable. It looks the same as statements however we will no longer be submitting the transaction history incase they make an issues out of it ! They just need a excuse to reject! My husband will print all online statements then get a letter of authenticity from bank. You can get this done in a day don't stress, i don't understand why they behaving this way.

Its taking far too long, after "Application processed" status update for BHC to come back to applicants. Whatever the outcome is why cant they give it out and get people out of their misery.

are there any chances of appeal to be overturn if ur only reason of refusal was that ur finanical docs(bank statement / wage slip ) were older than 28 days (in my case they were 34 days old ) and in appeal the missing bank statement and wage slip has been provided . court has sent my docs to decision making centre and gave them time till 22nd may to reconsider their decision . Can any of u guys kindly share ur experience what are the chances ?

when did you submit your appeal.I think your chances of the decision being overturned are quite high.
