From Tuesday 21 August 2012 onwards

its about 3 hours to there .

They didnt send him a txt or anything but I said I will check their website. It's their fault, I can't do anything now we are so anxious

He couldn't make it, he send his friend to take the file and passport they refused to give him. I wrote a complain to them
As we have to wait 5 days now and all is their fault as they didn't send a text message really sad

it takes about 4 hrs from alex to cairo on a bad day, so inshallah he will have got there on time

did the embassy say what they wanted?

if he does not make tell him to go sat night n stay over nite n go 1st thing sunday morning, its not fair for them to say get to cairo that quickly is it!

Yh I know, they want him to collect his passport the statue changed in the website when I checked it at 10 UK time. They didn't txt him while we paid for this service

They will be closed for Eid from 19 to 21 and tomorrow is Friday which is their day off n saturday as well.

they never txt us the first time we applied, and they aint txt a few people we know who have paid for the service, last time we applied we had to go n collect it, even tho we paid for business class service!! we complained but got no where

oh yeah they closed for eid, i 4got they were closed

sorry for what happend to u..i know how u feel about it...i have the same situation but i got sms this morning about 10.30 but i didnt have enough time to get there.i arraived there about 2.20pm and they refused to give it to me so me too i have to wait after eid ...inshaa allah we all will get it..
