First of all as the OP has advised you to put all your Faith in Almighty Allah and then do the rest after that.

As far as you solicitor in Pakistan is concerned it entirely depends up on your self who you would like to choose as your solicitor.

My only concern is that in case of an Oral hearing in UK if you are applying for an Oral hearing, is your solicitor from Pakistan is willing to come all the way to UK to represent your case in the court here in the UK if yes then I would say just go for him.

keep us updated on the forum.

Remember all of us in your prayers and surely we will remember you as well for your success in your appeal.

Good luck for your appeal.
Ameen inshallah all are duas will be granted, as for the hearing I think I'm just going to go for a new case if the ecm doesn't overturn the decision as it would cost a lot to go to court but inshallah it doesn't reach that stage

Brother why was u refused??
The ECO didn't check my wife's certificate properly and because he couldn't find it he though it was false. I phoned Cambridge English and they confirmed it was on their system so now I have to appeal, I have letters from the university and Cambridge english but I'm awaiting her confirmation of entry so the ecm can check it manually as well as on their system again.

I also have a print screen on her results online, thing is ibwpupd apply again but the new English certificate is too tough and we have a solid case here but were still running around trying to get her confirmation of entry document. Please do dua we get it and submit a successful appeal

A university friend I bumped into today told me he also appeal in March and was successful and got his wife's visa in April which I didn't belive into he told he wife to whatsapp him the call in letter which he showed me, I asked why he was refused he said because he didn't meet the financial criteria in the eye of the eco because his last payment was late. Take into account that immigration are very strict when it comes to finance and he alhamdulilah successfully appealed when I feel there was little to no chance.

Any questions to him I can forward via whatsapp now and I posted this message that there is always hope for us inshallah all our duas will be answered.

Hi All,

Good luck to you brother kindly keep us updated on the forum with the out come of your review/appeal.

Any more updates please update the group.

I am still waiting, this waiting game is killing me Just relying on Almighty Allah still don't know the exact out come of my appeal. Hoping that the odds will add up for me in my case.

When I read on this forum that people are getting the visas successfully it made my eyes tears.

Well I think for some people its really painful what else I can say.

@stillwaiting 123 I think your review date is on the 27th October 2015. Have you heard any thing back from them till yet ?? Really didn't understand this whole review process thing why don't we just simply go the court and get the matter decided by a Judge it saves lots of time for every one rather going through this round and round process.

Remember me in your prayers and I still do the same for every one in my every Salah I Offer.

Many thanks.

Why or how are they lazy ?

Several thousands of people from all over the world apply for a UK visa, like you did for your wives and got rejected. Many others get rejected as well, I'm sure every day, hence why the appeal process takes so long.

yes brother my review date is 27th october, i called yesterday (18th) and they said no update :(

review is quicker as the ECO can withdraw the appeal and then visa is given much quicker; whereas if it goes to court it would take much longer to get a date and therefore longer waiting time and it would cost more and some cases are so minor e.g. like mine you don't even need to go to court (in my opinion) and if review is unsuccessful it can take up to 6 months just to get a court date

Hi

Well if thousands of people apply for the UK visa then they are bloody ripping every one off charging them an extortionate amount of money in the form of fee. how they can justify this amount don't know I my self work in the Finance Sector for many years. They haven't got a clue what the word value for money means. Their service is so appalling that I just don't have words to express my anger. they need more trained and professional staff to do the job more quickly. Cause they are just robbing everyone in the form of fees and what will you get nothing they are all lazy extremely lazy people lazy gits I've ever come across.

I think ineedhelp in order to feel the pain you've to go through the same pain which I think you've no idea at all how it'll feel. So I would say don't poke your nose if you are not in the same situation. ask every one how it feels to wait and wait.

The appeal process was use to be completely free not long ago only 5 years ago I had to appeal for my X wife visa and it was completely free.

@stillwaiting123 sis if you are saying that the review process is quick then I think you must have heard some thing back from them by now.

I don't want to do any scaremongering here but my lawyer said that it rarely happens that the lazy gits from the UKVI accept their faults in the review and issue the visa it normally goes to the court in the end to get the justice that's all I can say.

Good luck to all.

Remember me in your prayers and I'll do the same for you.

@annonymous

that is why i say to people don't appeal if u think it will go to court, as in review u need solid proof.

e.g i was refused because last payslip was not reflecting in most recent bank statement

so i sent another bank statement showing my wage going in and i also sent the new p60 this in my opinion would most definitely correct my mistake inshallah

i hope to hear something by the end of the month inshallah then 100% in September, if i thought i would not win in review then i would have not appealed.

But as far as my case is concerned the amount of complexity involves around my case, I think wining it in a review the chances are very slim for me I think it'll go to court that's what I am expecting nothing less than that and I've to take the hard pinch of salt to wait and wait and wait      :( :( :( :( :( :(

Please remember me in your prayers and I'll also do the same remember everyone in my prayers in my every Salah.

keep us updated on the group.

Good luck to all.

@stillwaiting123 what happened have you heard any thing back from these lazy people regarding your review ???

Remember me in your prayers and I'll do the same for everyone in my every Salah Insha Allah.

Good luck to every one.
Why or how are they lazy ?

Several thousands of people from all over the world apply for a UK visa, like you did for your wives and got rejected. Many others get rejected as well, I'm sure every day, hence why the appeal process takes so long.

Keep us updated on the forum regarding your appeal updates.
I am very thankful that I didn't have to go through what you and others are having to experience.

What your wife will get is a visa and this is something you've been trying to get for many years now. The staff may not be the best, which is clearly evident at times, but there's nothing you can do. If you want to complain, write to the home office.

Hi

What do you think ineedhelp. I haven't complained about them. I've complained about the appalling performance of the Home office many times even I've contacted the Chair of the Home Affairs select committee Keith Vaz, brought this un fair dealings of the home office to the eyes of the media as well. I did my every level best to tarnish their reputation. but all of my efforts goes to vain that's what I am feeling now nothing is change I am the one who even came in the PM question time and asked the performance of the Home Office or UKVI dealing with the applications from the Immigration Minster. But he hasn't got any reply a part from bashing about the fact we need to control immigration we need to control immigration and we need to control immigration. Well if that's the case why don't you ask every single migrant to leave Britain and go back to their home land finish the cause from the roots. but when they say we need to control immigration and will instruct our staff to make suffer those people as well who are fulfilling every single rules set by them, even then just reject their applications after robbing their money.

Please remember in your prayers and I'll also do the same.

Good luck to every one.

Hi

Im new to this group. My sister in law applied for spouse visa on 26/05 biometrics in karachi. We got the passport back today and unfortunately it was refused

i need some advice on how to go forward with this.

The grounds of refusal were:

- english language test they have tried to verify the test with the certificate number, reference number etc and were unable to find any evidence that the test has been taken and refused on that basis. We have checked with the awarding body and it appears that many people have the same issue of not being able to see their results and they will confirm if its the case in writing with my sister in laws certificate.

- covering letter from employer with details of employee. They refused on the basis that the letter was not dated within 28 days of the application - i have not read anywhere that this was the case?

Can anyone advise if appeal is the best option based on the reasons of refusal?

Will really appreciate any advice

Thank you
