Looking at his other posts, he is referring to original HSMP application and NOT extension. Congrats to him.

I agree with you but won't hold my breath for that. It will be great if they can just meet their kep performance indicator of 86% application in 28 days. Fingers crossed for all extension applicants of Feb.

Yes, I know it could be very frustrating. I have similar timelines and am waiting for their service standard 28 days to be over on the coming monday to start pestering them.

Just spoke to someone in the home office and have been told that they are dealing with applications received on 26th Feb for HSMp FLR. So, fingers crossed for late Feb applicants.

I think HO received lots of HSMP extension applciation in the last 15 days of Feb because lots of people may have applied well in advance (to be on safe side) before the expiry of their current leave coz the rules were due to change on 29 Feb 2008. This imp reason could leave the bigger backlog of applications.

I sent application on 26th Feb and it was received on 27th still no response.... today I called there again at option 4 and then Option 2 advisor told me that they have started allocating applications received on 7th March to case workers but that does not mean all applications received before that have been cleared. till yesterday I was getting response that 20th feb applications are under consideration now how come they have gone 17 days up in one day!!!!! ** QUITE IMPRESSIVE **
![Very Happy :D](./images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif)
or they are making us fools.....
![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)
with false information on either or both lines.

So, bringing it all together - no-one knows where our applications are. Not even the home office. I am hoping that God does.
Now, there are people from last week of Feb on this forum who have got it all sorted. So, the only option left for us is to keep fingers crossed I guess.

Completely agree and another sign is that they are not accepting any more urgent treatment requests as well.

Any news from any one.....???? so many days are passed my visa expires in mid April....??? so if I get refusal after that then I will have to pack my bags before that. as in that case I will not even be able to apply for Work permit as I am not allowed to work in UK legally... to get things sorted out quickly. What I need to do for urgent treatment?? So that I can arrange for work permit before my current leave expires.

Hi, called Home office a couple of times today. First guys said they are processing applications from 20 Feb (yesterday they said 23rd!)..
The second time there was this decent bloke who spent a lot of time going through the system and said that my FLR application (Posted 25th, Money taken on 26th) would be with a case worked either tomorrow or monday.
Fingers crossed!
