Upon the latest update, I realize the bank statement I submitted for maintenance is not quite covering the full 3-month calendar period. This morning I will definitely send an additional statement prior to the prevous one to make up the evidence. Hopefully HO will receive it by Monday morning, but not sure the casework who is dealing with my case will get it by then. And Monday morning I will call them again to find out what's going on there. But still I have big concerns:

1. Did the insufficient period of statement cause further consideration?
2. Is it too late to make up by sending more evidence or will the caseworker consider this new evidence?

Please give me thought on those. Thanks very much.

Why is it frustating for you? You should be happy that your employer was called upon and confirmed your existense - this way UKBA has more confidance on you!

And, why do you think your application is not progressing? It definitely IS. Your earning verification has been completed and status of your application is "awaiting visa" - does it not look good sign to you?

2. Difficult to say if its too late or still okay to send the documents. I would recommend send the evidence asap. I think caseworker might be willing to consider additional documents if your case is not decided yet.

So you mean to say that you maintained the funds required from 23rd Oct to 30th Dec?? because ur earning bankstatemens will be from 1st jan to 31st Dec.. but if u can chcek n see if ur bank statement has enough funds from 30th sep (ie 30sept - 30 dec 08) than u will survive for sure..

how come u ignore/ not give attention to such a critical requirement??

Yeah, it's silly my attention was drawn to amount and balances, and I didn't notice the period is not a full three-month. In my another type of bank stetements, not each balance from 30th sept to 23 Oct is matching the required amount of money. I have sent an additional statement. Don't know I could make up. It's been under further consideration last Friday.

Have you maintained £800 (single) + 522 each depandant at all times (ie every single day) for the last 3 months prior to the application.

Hopefully HO should accept your late submission....

Yes, it's much more than that. Just not sure if it's too late, since the status was under further consideration last Friday. If it's not late, it may again cause much delay. It's my fault.
