Hi Dear,

If I submit my medical reports from my home country as well as history of NHS record and operation I had here I think there should not be any problem with that. I was in Pakistan for 10 months because of my health and was not fit to come back. If anyone know any exceptional circumstances law in 10 years long residency please share the link here I just want to confirm it for my peace of mind.

Thanks for your support and help.

Hope all are ok and doing fine. I need some information about ILR application on 10 year basis. I am completely legal in UK from last 10 years. I can apply for the ILR from December 2014 on-wards but I have a issue which is I went back to my home country for holidays for 2 months. Unfortunately I had an accident there and I could not able to come back to UK within in 6 month period. I stayed there for 9 months but I had visa when I was leaving from UK and came back on the same visa. Now this is my genuine problem I am confused now how can I apply for the ILR as these medical circumstance were not in my control. Can I still apply for the ILR now or not? Is there any flexibility or clause in law about special medical circumstances.

Please everyone help me in this your help will be highly appreciated.

Thanks.
That's not a problem. If you send your application along with the documentary evidence of your long stay in your home country on the basis of medical ground then HO will accept this as a compassionate/ compelling circumstances.
Agree with @Arsal385. A friend of mine got stuck in India due to mother's illness for over 9 months and he was granted ILR after presenting documentary evidence.

Hi Everyone

I've been a silent reader on this forum since August and found it really helpful - thanks.
By God's grace I've received my approval letter today.

My details are:

Application sent: 21 August 2014
Acknow received: 29 August
Bio received: 20 September
Bio enrolled: 20 September
Approval date: 24 November
Documents received: 26 November
BRP: waiting

10 years = 6yrs student + 2yrs PSW + 2yrs Tier 2

I believe it was a straightforward case (no gap, no appeal, no CCJ).
Thanks once again and God richly bless all members who dedicate their time to help others on this forum and good luck to everyone still waiting.

Cheers.

I think the only way to stop it would be to limit access to moderators or just a few senior members. Hard to recommend but people don't seem to be able to understand simple instructions.

@ its annoying when someone messes it up guys please be assured some moderators have the data saved and can manage ... But advise to all ACT LIKE ADULTS ;-)

@Rhyme2k we need to give access to everyone to have a look and also I have noticed many applicants updating time line ( as in my previous post I mentioned they usually update Tracker and not leave a single message on forum .... so it needs to be accessible for everyone

Help guidance needed to let me select the best option for my ILR..

I have finished my 10 Year long residence if we calculate 28 days early..

My appeal for flr FP application refusal is in court with hearing date in February....

What is good option for me please guide me..

1. Just add additional grounds and attend appeal and request judge for 10 year ilr ?

or

2. Apply ILR now without withdrawing appeal... so this application gets void and connected to my appeal, and then attend the hearing in February?

please suggest me best option..

with me my wife is also dependent...

Hi Maddysheffield,

I understand your point but everyone who uses a FREE service ought to remember that if this goes , they will come a point that everyone will loose interest to back it up every time some idiot of person screws up ( it happens 2 to 3 times per week these days).

Bearing in the mind everyone is sharing their knowledge and time free of cost. I think it is up to all of us to use it wisely if not many others will loose such a great piece of information. (free and genuinely great is not the words you hear together these days)

You can see from this board only Set LR tracker only has been going on regularly unlike SET O or SET M.

So please everyone it is in our best interest to keep this going without these problems. Simply ask someone to do it if you are not competent enough to use it.

I rest my case!!

Re: 10 years long residence-documents enough?

Post by salle45 » Wed Nov 26, 2014 2:07 pm

hello users, please advice.
i have reached 10 years so am to apply but i realised my passport expired on 5/june/ 2014. i sent it to my country embassy on 3/ september/2014 for renewal. it came on 12/ november/2014 with current one. the problem is the gap between 5/june/2014 when it expired and 10/ november/2014 ,when it was issued and came with the new one. for this period i can only provide a few medical documents and a bank statement. i cant provide more documents other than life in uk test notification pass and english test proof.

i would like to know wether providing passports alone, english doc, liuk doc are enough?
but there is this statement on the form that states that you should provide a list of documents below for periods that you cant provide a passport and i believe the period they are talking about in my case is between expirely of old passport and issue of new one. i only have 2 categolies of documents to cover this short period which are bank statement and medical docs. are these documents enough?
or does it matter. i have 5 vizas in old passport. the rest has been biometrics which i have been sending bck to ho for each next visa renewal. i also lost my last bio residence permit but i informed police and made application for replacement. i came in uk on 05/09/2004. status all student visas, applied on time.
sorry for using this on reply.

Someone of you who has good software knowledge simply convert google drive timeline into more secured format and place password and create backup. The more you teach the people who disturb this tracker the more they will behave worst perhaps due to having genetic diseases in doing so.
