Below is the process of making IHS payment for those whose decisions have been overturned either in review stage or by judge after the hearing. Please note that once you receive your Call in letter, do not wait for their email or call about asking you to make IHS payment because they took 2 weeks just to tell me to make the payment.

Make a new account on visa4uk and complete it till the IHS payment. Once you have made the payment, email below details to (Islamabad.HealthSurchargePayments@fco.gov.uk);

Name, DOB, Passport number, Old GWF number, Old IHS reference, New GWF and new IHS number, Appeal number, Call in letter reference number and also tell them that your application has been overturned recently.

When you go to submit the passport, take your original passport, new TB test, 3 copies of call in letter and also print the IHS payment confirmation email on which it clearly shows your new IHS reference number. In sha Allah once you submit the passport, you then need to wait for a call from them for collection of passport.

Please note that you only have to pay for IHS on visa4uk form, not the application fee.

JazakAllah

If you get any news my brother do let me know, our applications are pretty identical. Did they get in touch with you to make the IHS payment or did you just do that on your own accord?
Yh they got in touch with me exactly after half an hour as soon as I made the payment. They asked me if I know how to make the payment and I told them I have already made the payment and then I told him if its okay because I only paid for IHS and not the application fees. He goes its okay as long as you paid for IHS. So dont worry, I will keep the forum updated as soon as I hear from them.

Thats the thing they havnt been in touch with me to ask me to pay the IHS fee. And the reason why i am so worried is because i shot myself in the foot earlier by getting impatient. I withdrew my appeal in january (for a stupid reason which doesnt need to be divulged) and was going to submit a new application thinking the appeal process isnt worth it. So i sent an application to withdraw to the court. They withdrew it on the same day. A week later i got a letter from the ECM saying the decision has been overturned. Absolutely gutted. Obviously they hadnt received the notice of withdrawal from the court at that point. Anyway i think they subsequently received that and noticed i withdrew it with the court before they made their decision. So its out of the courts jurisdiction. Im worried the ukvi will reject it thats why they are taking so long. But it would be really harsh. Cause its a procedural issue. And before i even started the appeal procesa i got my mp to write to them asking them to review the decision and i wrote to them myself. So i guess they could let tge decision stand outside of the official appeals process if that makes sense.

Hey everyone
ECM refused my application by not submitting appendix 2 form so it was the only one reason as my review deadline is comin in april so i ws wondering that can he pick out another mistake in my application during review.?

No chance of that happening, he/she will not raise any other issue, rest assured. Only the ECO reason for refusal decision which you have challenged

Saturn 123789 has made an application in morrocco, this is the reason I believe they've got a date quicker as the number of applications is much less than those made in Pakistan

MGH but it's the tribunal that allocates court dates. Once HO decides to uphold decision...doesn't all applications go to the same place?
Also, I was looking around on fb and lots of different people applying from different countries have the same long wait so it's not just Pakistan

If you made your application in Pakistan it goes back to them for review, once they decide to uphold the original decision it is then sent tribunals service to be listed for court, I think it's the review stage which is causing the delay.

Yes i think there are too many "Refused Applicants" of Pakistan that is why we are getting late hearing date. :|

So guys what would you say the average waiting time is after being listed for court?
The worst thing is not knowing how long you've got to wait :(

i was told that applicants who had to get hearing date in March 2016, will get hearing date in September 2016.
It is because of shortage of Judges in court. :(

I would personally recommend anyone who is unsuccessful at review stage to reapply with a fresh application, it's far too long to wait even after the Winning the appeal in January it has been 2 months waiting for call letter to submit passport.

September 2016 is still a blessing! I know people who appealed in July/August who got court dates for Feb 2017 :'(

MGH unfortunately some cases need to go court. A fresh application will definitely get refused

You are right but i did the same last application, it is hard to put the application again and again. Also as we know the are not trying to accept the case, they are looking every case to refuse and to find some reason to refuse.
for example reason of refusal (Pay Slips show payment method as BACS, and your are receiving cheques) we also submitted copies of cheques received from Employer/Company. But they haven't checked them.

I know they will find another reason to refuse in new application.

when they sent me the refusal notice and the IAFT2 form that i supposed to fill in, the payment wasn't mentioned, the form was too old so the address of the tribunal was wrong i sent it to this address and after i called the tribunal and find out that its not where i supposed to send my appeal, so its took one month to find the parcel and do the payment that i didn't know anything about, i think this is the reason why i jot a hearing date relatively early and also because like mgh said there is not so many appeal cases in Morocco hence the dated form sent. also we told the tribunal that is not fair and its their fault and its cause us a delay of one month they said don't have to fill a complaint they will work out a solution of us.
