assalamoalikoum visa app submited on 12/04/2015 refused on 15/06/2015 appeal loadged on 29/06/2015 payments taken on 14/07/2015 deadline 23/11/2015 bundle recieved on 30/10/2015 still waiting for court date ,this is all happened in algeria ,the immigration doing that to brake all the relationship,

My review deadline is 12th may 2016. If they overturn the decision is the latest date i will hear by or will i hear before? Can i get an update at the moment?

Hopefully you should hear before the deadline. However, there are members on this forum who had deadlines in January and are still waiting for any kind of update or decision.

Did call them been told my case not been send out yet

I appealed on the 10.3.16 they wrote to be regarding payment of appeal.

My solicitor sent the appeal bundle. I made payment online today. So will see. Appeals are a long process unfortunately!!

Yes i submitted mine on 11th feb aswel and still no email or call from them. Enquired soo many times on UKVI and getting same response everytime that your case has been escalated on to relevant department and I will ne contacted once they have any news. One of the forum member "anxiouslywaiting" who submitted passport on 10th feb has received an email on thursday last week saying your case has been processed and passport will be sent back to your application centre where u submitted the passport.

Do they normally call u or email u to collect passport

@dcfitness thats good inshAllah we should also be getting responses soon. Yeh the enquiry service have 'escalated the matter' numerous times on my behalf aswell with exactly the same response. This is beyond belief. Im missing my wife so much, especially considering how close we are to be together. I sit at work and waste hours just thinking about what else I could do and refreshing my emails incase i get that email and then end up having to stay late to finish up.

@maryam could be both sis, my wife and i were told they would call her when the passport is ready for collection and if she doesnt respond then they will email. I think someone on the forum messaged some weeks back saying they just got an email

Something i need to ask u all .. I never got my supporting documents back where everyone else got thier bck either got or not but they received thier supporting documents back!! Is it anyone else who doesn't got thier documents bck?
