Your original refusal decision has been overturned, you should receive call letter to submit passport soon, get TB certificate renewed if it has expired while you are awaiting call letter
It says got 28 or 14 days for consent withdrawl? With good reason if you don't want withdrawl? Confused here if you explain? So don't need do anything just wait for call letter?
Get in touch with your solicitor. He will write a letter of consent for you. I didnt know what to write either so my solicitor wrote the letter for me.

You only need to respond if you do not agree with the withdrawal, which I'm sure you don't ; )

@2011maryam and anyone else waiting to get stamped passport back, call 01243217905, there is a 1.37 per minute charge on top of normal cost for which you have to provide debit or credit card details over the phone, they will deduct the total amount once call is complete. But basically you can speak to someone who will be able to tell you if the passport has now been stamped and roughly when you can expect a call from the visa application centre. Mine was stamped on 24 march but not got call from visa application centre yet. So took 31 working days to stamp mine, dcfitness' was stamped after 30 working days i believe

They cannot access any information on this hotline, they just send you an email link to escalate the case, charged me £9.52 waste of time and money

They cant tell you much but like i said if you have submitted your passport following receipt of call in letter then they can tell you if the passport has been stamped (they get notification of this from the decision making centre) and when you can get a expect a call from the visa application centre.

So basically it's another way of getting a few more £££'s from you and telling you to wait for call, something you already know and are already doing

Salam everyone.

Has anyone had a successful appeal and then received a letter from the tribunal stating home office are trying to appeal to upper tribunal??

Im just wondering how long does the tribunal take to decide if the appeal will be going to upper tribunal.

Many thanks!

What have the courts said? Atr they still waiting for a reply from home office if they have decided to continue to review or have they listed your case for a hearing? What were the refusals and maybe you should try to get your mo involved?

Where did you apply from? Sorry for all the questions
Applied : 5th august 2015
Refused: 7th december 2015
Appealed: 28 december 2015
Deadline: 12 may 2016
Overturned: 2nd august
Passport submitted: 11th august
Still waiting...

No, I think Beena understood that your wife is the sponsor in UK and wants to visit you in Pakistan, cautioning your wife against taking unpaid leave from work for the visit ( = sponsor, don't take unpaid leave).

A visit visa is very unlikely to be granted while the applicant has an ongoing appeal on a refused settlement application.
