Have you heard any news from the HO? any update from them. my hobby have not heard of anything yet. we just send them a request to return his passport backif they are issuing residence or not, and a complaint have also been sent, the operational phone service will tell you nothing.
we decisded to ask for his passport back as we see no reason why they are still keeping it and we see not reason why we are waiting after 5months of decision made by the judge and they did not appeal it.
We are also waiting for the reply of the complaint and this will be the bases of going to high court to instruct them to issue the document and all fees will be on them.
