I looked the letter,, I revived in post it is COA... I can work now until the file is decided...........

But can they stil refuse my file after 6 months... Please advise... What isvtge next step from ukba........... For me.. I cannot sleep.. I am very happy... Love u all ..

The COA is a mandatory document that they are required to issue to you until your application is decided. It does not mean your application will be approve.

Hopefully you will indeed be successful this time, provided UKBA dont decide to follow judges approach.

Not 50/50.

I can say 90% you will get RC.
And 10% may be not.

Case workers initial assesment on your application was positive.

Be positive. If you provide more stronger evidence than that which was provided at your appeal, then the prospect of success is decent. Otherwise I will stick to the 50/50.

I heard some people don,t even get the permisiin to work on coa.. is that true... And I am luck I got the permisiin to work . .. this is surely in my favour my friend told me. I already started looking for a job.. with coa. Felling very very happy.. I don,t know how happy I will fee when I get visa....

But also scared with ukb if they refuse my case again...... Has the case worker already looked my case evidence,, or they will look at it latter... Please advus..how they will decide I should be given 5 year resident.

I have submitted my passport to job, will they put the 5 yr stamp into my passport..or they will issue it on my card... I am feeling very excited and worried...

Do you people think I will get the 5 year viss in this year 2013... .

After doing the little resarch on tinn, forum.. I think people who got COA,,, was also given 5 year visa.. after about 4 months of receiving COA... I hope I will receive my one as well by march 2014=.. so that I can progress with my life propley...

My only concern, doubt is why they ukb, send coa and then after 4 or 5 months either they prove your application or refuse your application..

The CoA is just a receipt. It's an acknowledgement of the application received by the HO but is no indication on the outcome. There is a large backlog of applications so it takes the HO several months until someone actually examines the application and makes a decision.

I have started my job search with coa with permission to work....

My worrie,doubt is that how will ukba decide now I should be given resident permit for 5 years... Importantly.. my case has already been refused by the judge in first tier tribunal, host tribunal refused to give me permission to go to oral hearing. Uper tNow seunal refused on paper .... My marriage is of convienence.. ...

Niw sent new application to ukba...

Please advise.... ... I am worried......

I hoow every one ok... Got mg COA, with permision to work in novembre 2013;.ukba said, they dill take 6.months to decide... So by 2014.may

If mg wife is pregant by march before ukba decsion.. will that increase my chance to get 5 year permit. Please share ur views

What r the chances now i get visa,,, please share ur views

Every thing genuine.. up to ukba criteria. Wife working..

But judge thought it was martuage of cinvinence...

The day you receive 5 years residency we will celebrate . You deserve it; you've waited too long
