Is there any chance that HO dealt with December refuse applications first and then head to January application ?

Further any chance of getting the COS in the month of Jan for points against 36 ?
Once applications are refused, how can HO dela them again, they will come as new application

number of applications that will come for Jan will be very high than any other month so far

I was going through the Dec 2017 nos, the outlier is the no. of applications allocated outside monthly quota for last month i.e 388, this no. is by far the highest number if you see from the data published from April 2016. I am not sure though what led to this sudden spike of allocation last month.

It true that no. of applications would be high in Jan, however could be less than Dec, considering it will be only carryforwards and employers might not even put in applications for points less than 30.

But we can now only wait and watch. For me it has been quite surprising, as I never assumed that RCoS allocation at 45 points would be that big a challenge.

Even for ICT, the min salary is GBP 41500, hence quite surprising

Hi All,

Can anyone please let me know, if my employer can re-apply in Jan 2018, without doing RMLT again.

Best regards,

Best of luck!
Good to hear,

What was the job title under? as mine was requested by (Analyst developer) is that a job title good as a very specific rather than just software developer/Engineer?
