I received no email from them after bio. My spouse contacted via paid email as we didn't received even vfs dispatched email. They replied same as you. Your case is under consideration and waiting for decision. Everyone receiving same reply...strange

Best of luck for all..remember in prayers. 29 WD so far

Genuine question - why are people emailing and getting agitated after a short amount of time. I am seeing biometrics in Feb and people emailing them.
I am in the same boat by the way, my bio was in January and I have also not heard anything back yet. Just saying maybe its not worth contacting them. If it has only been a few working days, according to home office website they state "you should get a decision within 12 weeks". Then i dont think its worth emailing them after 4-5 weeks.
We just have to be patient i guess

yes but there’s people on here waiting over 12 weeks for their decisions, which is causing panic for all applicants as we are not aware if our applications are even being processed. Hence why the emails for updates, UKVI should give us an official update on the Gov.uk website if spouse visas are being delayed as they have not. On the Gov.uk website it only states visit/transit visas are currently taking longer. Hence if people for their satisfaction want to email UKVI they should, this process already is stressful enough.
Lets all stay positive and understanding towards each other & keep each other updated and spread good vibes :)

Yh I hear you. Just thinking it might not be worth emailing them, they seem to have gone into robot mode :D and also they do state that 12 weeks is pretty much standard. Mine has been about 8 weeks now too. I pray everyone has good outcomes

Same here! All the skilles worker visas and student visas are getting decision's in 3 weeks time.... Then why are the spouse visa's getting delayed? I know 4 applicants who got their skilled worker visas in the time frame. ..... This is so unfair. We are waiting since 15 or 16 weeks!

Just had a very heated conversation with my HO on the phone. I asked them why on earth the Spouse Visa applications are getting delayed and not others.

Don't you guys have enough staff or just not bother about it and is there no separate department for the Refugee cases...

Same thing I have sent to my MP via an email and pushed them to get the proper response from the HO as this is unacceptable.

I will be completing my 60WD on coming Wednesday.

Let's see.....

Hope this time pass soon as this visa process is not less than a nightmare. It's just 30 WD since my bio but em scared of timeline as one of my family member is waiting for her and 2 kids visa since November 2021. So, we must ask them at least after a month what they are working on our application. People saying visas are totally suspended but in my opinion they can't do this as later it gonna be huge burden for them. They must be working but slow may be. What you guys think.. 🤔
Prayers for all.

I'm on 77WD i think now.....still awaiting a decision. If the 4 weeks extra wait is true then i guess it's some positivity, atleast we have a rough timeframe. WHo was the source for the 4 weeks extra waiting?
