Another question, If I may ask...
About the time outside the country.

I'm not sure if I remember the exact dates when myself and my ex were away. And for obviously don;t want to provide incorrect information about those dates. What can I do in this case? Can just mention months or maybe put the small note, that the date are approximate?
yeah it is confusing, specially hate the fact that i have to send extra documents now.. they are asking for photocopy of every document you attach. i thought it was not necessary.. 121 pages easy to miss something

hunpak, I completely agree with you,
I was surprised too when found out that photocopies of all documents submitted should be provided...

Can anyone please - respected gurus or members of this forum - express their opinions about my question regarding dates outside the country?
My ex-wife and myself haven't been outside the UK longer than 6 months while we were married, but I don't want to make a mistake in providing those dates.
Can I just put the month and year with the note "we haven't been outside the country more than 6 months in each qualifying year"?

Thank you!

Hi,

We applied for EEA3 and EEA4 on 5th Nov 2014.Received our Reference letter within a week but there was no trace of COA for over a month. Contacted HO and I came to know that they couldn`t locate my file but fortunately we got COA almost 7 weeks after applying.

We both got our PR which were issued around 13th Feb 2015. Here I`d like to mention I`m an European National working as Self-Employed in the UK for the last 6 years.

Best of luck to everyone who`s waiting....

20/10/2014: Applied for EEA4
04/03/2015: Still waiting

Called HO and was told to call again after 6 months if I've not heard anything from them.

What I did was I went through my emails and found the bookings. Also I always asked the immigration staff to put a stamp on my passport when I was travelling to Europe. Did lots of travel infact in 2010 I stayed almost 5 months outside the country. What I did was I printed a separate sheet and put all the dates in there with a counting of how many days it was per year.
Like 2010 date left UK, date returned, country and how many days

I ve following the processing times very closely having applied for EEA3 and EEA4 and according to my calculations the average waiting time is 3.5 month. Worried too now as on 13 th of March will be exactly 4 month as we ve been waiting for our PR.

Biometrics are not required if you are following the EU PR route, which was in our case.

Knopik83 - looks like they just have a delay between when they prepare the letter and docs to send back and when they actually put it in the post. Thus why PR issued on the 22nd, but not received until today.

I made my application in 1st March got payment taken on 6th received an email confirming that they have received my application and also a letter yesterday.

Now the big question is when will I get the certificate of application or the document which I can present to my employer proving I can work?

Also do I need to pass life in uk for British citizenship or PR? Sorry if it's a silly question.

Any Help?

If a non EEA has been married to EEA since Sep 2009
They divorced with absolute decree in march 2015.
Can the non eea apply for EEA 4 NOW considering the current EEA2 is due to expire in Sep 2015
Also the Non EEA has 2 children. One child is 5 and the younger is 16 months.
The non EEA does not want the children to have the EEA nationality.
Can EEA4 be applied for them as well.
under which section will the non eea be applying?
WHAT IS THE BEST ALTERNATIVE IF THE NON EEA WANT TO MAKE AN APPLICATION AS THE NON EEA INTEND TO TRAVEL DURING THE SUMMER BREAK

Hi Stones,

You've been qualified for EEAPR since your marriage clock 5 years not when your EEA2 expired .
