Are you going to send the latest bank statement by keeping the £800 limit throughout your waiting period?
Yes dear friend coz I have mine for 90 days before application submission but not for dependents. So now I send the 90 days till date.

@ ummer 2000 - how did they contact you. How did they ask for your bank statements again (missing period) email or letter-in-post ?

@ ummer 2000 - Will they really respond or write back to you if you send email. When emails are sent to ukba they never reply at most cases.

It means that no matter when you've sent the application, the actual consideration process starts only after you have submitted your biometrics and no decision is taken before that!

My Timeline

I have been watching this forum for quite sometime now and it's amazing to see how people who are not in the same home or vicinity could stand as a family and encourage each other. Keep it up guys and also remember that if you can stand by someone yet not close then you can give a leaning shoulder whilst close, hence do not fail to when the need be for you to. Best of luck to you all in all your future endeavours.

(from ukba site)

Processing times

Applying from inside the UK

This page gives details of the processing time for applications made in the UK under Tier 1 (Post-study work) of the points-based system.

We received a high volume of applications for Tier 1 (Post-study work) before the closure of this route in April 2012. If you have applied under this category, and are awaiting a decision, we will contact you as soon as possible.

We will be processing applications in strict date order of receipt and attendance of your biometric appointment.

Please note that this date is only a guideline. Some cases may take longer to consider.
