Dear all

My solicitor has advised he has prepared and lodged an appeal and has also prepared a review and lodged with BHC Delhi.

Whats the difference? I assumed the when you lodge an appeal a review is automatically undertaken before if applicable referred to the courts for a hearing.

Any comments are welcome.

@ aff sha

yeah i no i should be strong but its like im reliving the whole wait and u cant do nothing but wait seroiusly considering moving to india as cant bear to be without himx

recieved m,y appl back because the eco doesnt believe a single younger man is a suitable match for a divorcee with three kids further more he misread that it was an arranged marriage when we had clearly stated it is an arrangd marriage

@s & s

To find out about the progress of an appeal, or for more information about the appeals system, contact:

First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber)
PO Box 7866
Loughborough
United Kingdom
LE11 2XZ

Phone: (+44) (0)845 600 0877
Fax: (+44) (0)1509 221403
Email: customer.service@tribunals.gsi.gov.uk

I assume you don't know if ECM has upheld decision or not yet? I believe if they uphold original decision you are supposed to receive a statement advising so.

Hi,

I've asked the forum few times regarding the maintenance but unfortunately no reply. Based on my research and the info gathered from friends, it shouldn't be an issue as long as we are employed and the salary is paid and reflected in the bank statement. Of course, you should earn the minimum salary mentioned in the Appendix 2 form.

I'm going to apply for my kid based on this info.

Moderators - Please correct me if it's incorrect and share if you have any info on the maintenance funds for family members settlement visa
