Hello Everyone,

As you know my ILR been refused with HO wrong information.

I have sent Pre action protocol by email on UKBAPAP@UKBA.gsi.gov.uk on 27th Jan 2015. But I haven't got any reply till date.

But On letter i have put address of UK VISA & IMMIGRATION, LIVERPOOL, WHERE my visa been rejected instead of

Judicial Review Unit
UK Border Agency
Lunar House
40 Wellesley Rd
Croydon CR9 2B

Will this gonna matter.. Please advice.

Thank you in advance

My application was under the 19 - 22.5 private life tier and I'm seeing here that people are under different tiers so will that affect how long the process takes?
Here is my timeline:

Application sent: 27/08/2014
Acknowledgement received: 15/09/2014
Biometric letter received: 29/09/2014 Date 26/09/2014
Biometric recorded: 3/10/2014
Approval date: Not yet received
Docs received: Not yet received
BRP: Not yet received

And can one give me the HO Number please ?

I posted on the 3rd of October but the received date by HO is 7th of October.

Yes, as far as I know it's pretty straight forward (student 2003 to 2010, PSW 2010 to 2012, Tier 2 2012 to present).

Very very nervous at the moment.

What about you?

Did you call HO recently to ask them about your status? I applied on 8th October, I'm thinking of contacting on Monday.

I understand your frustration. If you look at the spreadsheet you can see that there are large differences in the approval dates (+/- 2 weeks). So don't worry too much, hopefully next week will be ours :)

I believe my case is straight-forward. No gaps/overstays and no refusals or invalid applications in the past.
